This is the most beautiful house! We are vineyard summer regulars and had the BEST time staying in this well designed and perfectly located home. Lots of space, all imaginable amenities and a gracious and attentive host. We can't wait to go back. Recommended without reservation for vineyard visitors. An absolutely ideal rental experience!

We are a family of five staying at this VRBO to attend a family funeral. The house is nice and in an excellent private location. Our hostess, Missy, was very receptive and congenial. But it’s the little things that I myself would never let a renter give me a less than 10 star review. No hand/face towels in either the master bath or the main floor bath. No extra paper towels or toilet paper. We had to go searching for all these things. The couches in the living room had an unsightly stretch coverlet and all the cushions were coming off of the bottom portion. We had to rearrange all of them so we could push them back into place. Having to wash, dry and fold all used sheets, pillow cases and towels took a lot of extra time we didn’t have but did regardless. I would much rather have the owner be responsible for the sheets I’m sleeping on to guarantee they are clean and not the due diligence of renters before me. If it weren’t for three of us leaving the night before, I’d never have gotten all of that laundry clean in time of departure (11am). Nit picky things I know but in the end….it’s the little things….

We’ve rented at least three times and have enjoyed our stay We’ve been fishing the Derby for many years, this house is comfortable for 6 fishermen or 3 to 4 couples Highly recommended except for this weekend!!!!

We’ve rented this property for a few years in a row since we love it so much. House is so comfortable, clean and well appointed with everything you could ever need for a trip to the vineyard. The neighborhood is beautiful and very convenient. Host is super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for a great family friendly house.
