Dog-Friendly Townhouse with Heated Pool! Walk to Beach!

We loved the house — it was very, very clean. The living area was super comfortable, along with the kitchen, which is very well equipped and spacious. The only thing that might be a bit inconvenient is that it has three levels, but aside from that, everything was lovely. When we arrived, the pool was full of sand, which I think was the only thing that wasn't 100% clean. We called to have it cleaned, but it never happened. Other than that, the location is ideal, and the inside of the house was very clean and beautiful. We loved it.

My wife and I stayed here with our small dogs for a few days and enjoyed it. The place is close to the beach and there's plenty of room for a larger group/family. Would definitely recommend.

Place was wonderful. The only problem we had was a bad storm came in knocked the fence down. I contacted maintenance they said since there was a side gate they could go through there to access the backyard . We had the front door locked. Maintenance never knocked or rang the door bell. They unlocked the door and just walked in. We didn't like that at all. Especially with having kids in the house. They did it twice.

The stay was great and the house was very spacious. Expect the breakdown of washer. No one ever showed up to fix it.

I want to take the time to thank SPI Rentals. They did a wonderful job communicating with me with an issue that we had with the house we rented. SPI rentals took care of my concern and made it right the best they could. I am very happy I went through them!

We found the house very clean with comfortable beds...a well stocked kitchen...plenty of bath towels. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Paradise on earth. We loved the house and SPI took great care of us. Place is really clean and the pool water was nice and warm just perfect. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I will definitely come back

The place was a great stay for my family and I. Plenty of space and lots to do nearby. Very clean on arrival, and short walking distance from the beach. We would stay again next time in the area!

House was great, check-in was easy and location to the beach was only a five minute walk from the house. Overall, it was a great experience and loved the house.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dogs! Fully equipped kitchen, clean house, cute yard. Only (TINY) complaint is no soap in powder room.

The restroom door that was lock with a digital code panel in the main bedroom restroom had a suspicious appearing digital looking what appeared to be lens...can you confirm that its only a lock and not a camera Thx

The house was perfect ! It's only a half block from the beach , the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the pots,pans and utensils that we needed . Very spacious, we loved the pool ! We had some minor issues but called the office and maintenance arrived within an hour . (As we were walking to the beach , there is stop signs for pedestrians and an SPI truck did not stop even though we were in the middle sod the street ) they need to pay attention to that please .
