Dog-friendly townhome with mountain/valley view, hot tub, balcony, & fireplace

The hot tub drama was a little strange and honestly a deal breaker for coming back. A new review popped up for this property the day we were scheduled to check in about the downstairs neighbor confronting them about the hot tub, so we were a little uneasy about what we were walking into. The hot tub was one of the selling points for selecting this home to stay at, so not being able to use it the first night was a disappointment (due to it being turned off at the downstairs neighbor’s request) because it was still too cold at 10pm, despite us turning it on at 4:30. We also walked out the front door to an unexpected hot tub repair man, who was evidently there to look at the tub in response to the neighbors complaint of its’ noise…there was nothing wrong with it. It wasn’t clear on the listing that this is a top level unit as opposed to a side by side townhome. Knowing this would have changed our decision to select this property; one, because of the hot tub noise, and two, because we have two small children and trying to keep them quiet and be cognizant of other people living below us takes away from the point of having a “home” to stay at. Despite all this, the home was comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, and essentials available. The location was great and views were beautiful. Cable tv and apps were available in 2/3 bedrooms. Leather couch is on its last legs and shedding pieces, and the master bed mattress was sinking significantly in the middle

Lovely home, location, & views! Would stay again!

Pictures do not do justice to this Home! The views from every window were amazing! The house was incredibly clean! Very well stocked! Had a little trouble with the main room TV, but the staff and homeowner tried their best to help us out! Very accommodating! Would highly recommend this home to anyone! Just a tip if you’re traveling with elderly people there are many flights of stairs to get up to the condo. But our party was able to get used to it easily!

Wonderful condo, well stocked kitchen we cook a lot and had everything we needed. Grocery store right down the road. Hot tub overlooking the mountains was a complete surprise, the train coming and going was so fun. Skiing fantastic, just a 10 min. ride to Mary Jane. We absolutely loved staying here. Beautiful views from one of the nicest condos we’ve rented. Watched the aspensen start to turn with more color every day. Hot tub a big bonus. We’ll be back again.

The fees ended up costing more than the rent.

We really enjoyed our stay. The deck has a beautiful view and great breezes to cool off in the evenings. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of towels & toiletries. The couches are a bit worn but we were very comfortable. The location is great just off 40 and close to the Safeway.

There is hair everywhere and no AC in the unit

The place was nice, but when we arrived, which was around 5 PM, the Neighbor confronted us that we could only use the Hot Tub between the hours of 10 am and 10 pm; it was not a huge deal, but when we went to use the hot tub that night is was stone cold. Come to find out, the Neighbor turns off the hot tub when he likes, and we had to wait till night two to use the Hot tub. The company that cleans that hot tub stopped by to perform a cleaning, and they mentioned this standard for the Neighbor to turn it off. I would ask for a refund for the 65.00 for the hot tub cleaning, but instead, I will not Vrbo this address anymore as I did get to use the hot tub the next night Thank you

This was a really nice place to stay. Plenty of room and beautiful views. We really enjoyed having a private hot tub and garage space. Our only complaint is that the bed in the master was uncomfortable. Everything else was great.
