You cannot get much closer to all Saint Simons has to offer than Demere Landing! Many great restaurants, local shops, the Pier Village, and the beaches are only between half a mile and a mile away! The area is popular for walking, bike riding, and golf carting, so if you like the great outdoors, you'll feel right at home.

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom end-unit townhome is thoughtfully decorated and furnished with coastal décor. The garage is on the ground level. The living room, kitchen, and half bathroom are on the second level. All 3 bedrooms, both full bathrooms, and the laundry facilities are on the third level.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is well-stocked with highly requested items such as a coffee pot, toaster, and blender. The living room and dining area offer plenty of seating for everyone to be together. There's also a chess board in the living room if you want to challenge yourself or a friend to a nice relaxing game. Upstairs, the roomy master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second and third bedrooms both have queen beds. The hallway bathroom also has a shower/tub combo.

Whether you want to sit back and relax, lounge by the pool, do some shopping, or hit the beaches, this townhouse offers it all! You can also bring your dog along, so enjoy having your whole family on vacation at Demere Landing 101!

Linens, bath towels, and free Wi-Fi are provided. The pool at Demere Landing is open year round but is not heated.

    Great place to stay, felt very much at home. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable couch, nice dining table and breakfast bar, spacious bedrooms. Nice walk to village or beach. Good selection of beach toys for kids. FYI, garage is at ground level, kitchen/living room/half bath on second floor, and bedrooms/full baths/laundry on third floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Saint Simon's Island for Christmas 2021. The condo was as pictured on the website. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and in good working order. The kitchen was a bit small, especially if two people where there at the same time. The condo has a two-car garage, which is a nice feature. The location was about a mile or so from the village area and about a mile and a half from the beach. On a nice day, the village was a pleasant 20-30 minute walk. Saint Simon's Island is a quiet community with some good restaurants and a beautiful beach nearby. We also visited the historical district in Jekyll Island, which was about a 30-minute drive. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Golden Isles of Georgia.
