Grab your skis and head out the back door onto the Down Under trail or pack up your towel, sunscreen, and shades and head down to the community lake access area of the Deep Creek Lake State Park for some fun in the sun. Just a short drive away you’ll find plenty of other activities like go-karts, mini golf, arcades and more! When the day winds down, relax and release your stresses in the warm bubbles of the hot tub while dinner cooks on the grill. Gather in the living room for a movie night or in the lower level for a game of pool or challenge each other for the high score on the Pac Man game. ACCESS DETAILS:
Ski Access is located to the right of the building. Between the two buildings is a sign that indicates the path to the slope Down Under. Ski-in/ski-out properties dependent on slope availability. This home is located in the Villages of Wisp Community at Deep Creek Lake.

Please Note: The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Parking spaces are limited to a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles per unit. No exceptions. No trailers, RVs, boats, personal water vessels or buses permitted in the designated parking areas. Failure to abide by this rule may result in towing. Quiet Time begins at 11:00 pm to 8:00 am and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

DOG BREED LIMITATIONS: Even in dog-friendly homes, it’s prohibited to bring any dog with a history or instance of aggressive or reactive tendencies. We welcome any dog which you know to be well-socialized, trained, and friendly in any situation involving others, both human and canine, as there may be nearby dogs at neighboring properties. However, due to restrictions in place by homeowner insurance policies, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned from all rentals, regardless of the training and temperament of the individual dog. For a list of restricted breeds and our full policy regarding dogs, please contact us directly.

AFTER BOOKING: An email will be sent to the address provided during check-out; please check for action items needed to secure your reservation. The subject of this email will start with URGENT: Complete Your Booking For... and may be in your Promotional/Marketing folders depending on your email provider and settings.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.
