Dog-friendly townhome complete with pool

Was a nice townhome but they could provide a Keurig, shower curtain and towel rod need to be replaced and furniture had stains. Liked that they provided toiletries such as new sponge and dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, laundry detergent. Aside from the minor issues, really enjoyed our time there and hope to return in the future.

Clean pet friendly

The location of the condo is great—close to the beach and in a convenient spot on the island. The pool was also a highlight. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit left a lot to be desired. Although we were offered an early check-in the day of arrival (which would’ve been helpful to know in advance since we live nearly 4 hours away), the condo itself was not properly cleaned. Within minutes of removing our shoes, the bottoms of our feet were black from how dirty the floors were. I contacted the property manager, who initially said they would send someone to clean it, but they never followed up or responded again for the rest of our stay. Very disappointing lack of communication and care.

The property was very clean and comfortable and Vasaca made the renting seamless.

Love the location of this property and the grounds. The pool is excellent.Overall this place was as advertised and in good condition. The bed was very comfy!The only issue we had the floor was so dirty it left our feet black in a matter of seconds. I tried to find a broom to try to sweep but I couldn't find one which I found strange.Overall nice place and would stay in the complex again.

The rental was just as described

This is not it's my first time staying at this community first time at this unit and everything was just as described

You really can’t beat the location and pool for the price. Main issue (and this was kind of a big deal for me) the floors were not clean. They were so sticky from what I’m assuming was too much cleaning solution, I had to essentially mop with water and the beach towels they provided (there was no mop to be found). The towels were completely brown after I was finished and the floors were still sticky enough that I still had to wear shoes.

I recently rented a condo and while it has potential, there were several issues that affected our stay.First, the condition of the furniture was disgusting, rips, tears and filthy . We took the covers off the seat cushions and washed them before we sat on the furniture. The condo also lacked numerous essential kitchen items, such as cutlery, non usable pots and pans, clogged aerator on the kitchen faucet that sprayed water everywhere, cleaned it by soaking in vinegar made it a bit better. missing a crisper in the fridge, rust on the outside and inside of the fridge, a broken toaster that only toasted on one side and the coffee maker was very dirty and rusty. The bathroom was okay except the only towel rack wall was broken and kept falling off, I repaired it with a screw. No vacuum, patio furniture is not what is shown in the ad, 2 mismatched resin chairs that have seen a better day, table was okOne of the most off-putting aspects was the mattress. It had disgusting large yellow stains on it and was covered in plastic, which was not only unappealing but uncomfortable to sleep on.Lastly, the pictures online were clearly enhanced and didn’t represent the true condition of the condo. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the condition of the property needs improvement. I’d rate it 3 stars, as there were some positives, but the issues I encountered couldn’t be ignored.After contacting Vacasa about the issues they did replace the toaster, pots and pans and brought a vacuum

The location was good the property outside was well kept and it was quiet but the unit had a slight moldy smell and the floors were not as clean as we expected them to be and the bed was uncomfortable we woke up to our backs hurting. Other than that we had a nice stay.

The entire development us very nice - grounds are lovely and the pool is great.

The room was spacious and well kept. Complaints was the neighbor 2 doors down being nosy. Cabinet door on right side of stove was broken and towel bar in restroom was broken.

Clean room

Over all amazing stay just wish some things were cleaned more properly. Couches had stains all over them some of the dishes that were clean I had to wash again. They were just thrown in there with gunk all over them. Can opener didn’t even work so we had to go buy a can opener. One of the pillows had mold on them when I took off the pillow cover. Bed has pee stains on it as well when I took off the sheets. Definitely needs to be cleaned better.

Nice stay. Pool is great and it’s a quiet complex. If you have a dog, there is no grass, only a rock area. Was clean except for the floor, which would leave your socks and feet visibly dirty. Was very responsive to the one item we called about.

We had such an amazing time! The place is in an absolutely wonderful location, beautiful pool right next to the beach! The house is beautiful and in a very cute little condominium. We loved it so much we stayed another night!

The condo was great for our weekend to run the annual Beach to Bay Relay Marathon. It was roomy and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the assigned parking space and not having to look for parking. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very cool, and we talked about returning just so our kids could get some swim time. The location was great with a convenience store within walking distance and several restaurants within a short distance away. If the Wi-Fi was updated, as it was very slow, this condo would be unbeatable.

Was not marked floor was nasty furniture was worn out and stained bed covers had dog prints and stains on them. Part of the laundry above the washer dryer combo was still dirty and up there bar was broken stove top was greasy and dirty. Grease was running down the side of the refrigerator, the whole place Cleaning and that old furniture needs covering or thrown out was so disappointed
