When we arrived everything seemed fine until we tried to open or close the patio door. It was a major struggle either way. The floors looked fine until we took our shoes off and the floors were very sandy. We hadnt' been on the beach yet, so we swept it. There were 2 of us for 3 nights with only one bath towel. We were brought more once we contacted Vasaca. We found that there is no ice machine on site and no ice trays in the freezer. The only good thing about our room was the view and being close to everything. The room rate is way too expensive for what you get. It was similar to a Motel 6, which is not a good thing. I would not recommed anyone stay at this location.

The room was ok but the bed is hard as a rock and the cleaning job was subpar at best. The walls and doors were dirty, the room and balcony were full of sand, no plastic shower curtain, the cloth one was dirty as well. We saw cleaners, not one had a mop. Iam a cleaner as well and I was disgusted at the possibility of what else wasn’t clean.

Awesome ocean view with private balcony. The only drawback is that fees, taxes, and cleaning doubles the price. However, great value for a summer stay. Will return.

We loved the view and fireplace! Everything was very quiet, clean and looks just like the pictures. No complaints except for the condition of the front door/ locks. Seems to have been broken into before and the deadbolt wouldn't lock from the outside, leaving only the flimsy lock on the door handle. Made me a bit nervous... other than that, would rent again.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Dog friendly, even had towels for dogs. The room itself could stand some refreshing. Nicked paint, etc. Mattress was way too hard for our liking. The biggest downfall was the keyless entrance. You had to enter 10 numbers quickly to unlock the door. Only once in 3 days were we able to accomplish this on our own. The rest of the time we needed assistance from other guests or cleaning staff. I would hope that they would shorten the amount of numbers needed to enter. My husband has this type of lock at his office and only needs 4 numbers. He never has trouble with that one.

This is an awesome place. It was super clean and easy to work with. You walk down the hill and you are on the beach. At low tide there is incredible tide pools. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no central air and no screen on the porch so if it is hot, the room can become stuffy at night. There is a great breeze and we just had a fan by the door and it worked for us. We would do it again.

Don't let the bad reviews fool you. Great price, great location. The room we stayed in was Seahorse 3-C. From the parking lot you go up two small flights of stairs. Any room on Seahorse 2 is on the parking lot floor (no stairs) and Seahorse 1 is down a flight of stairs. This property is on the older side with minimal updates. We found the room clean and comfy. It was quite warm in the room due to the gas fire place. Highly recommend bringing a fan if you like a cool room. We loved hearing the ocean and the weather was nice enough to have the sliding door open almost the whole time. Being on the third floor you get a great view! If I had a little dog I would be very nervous as the balcony is very high and the slats on the rail are about six inches apart (this is a guess i did not measure it)! The bed was mildly uncomfortable but we brought our own down comforter so that helped. The lock on the door is a bit sketch but we felt safe enough because it was in working order. The walk down to the beach is nice but steep...stairs, gravel road, paved road and then about a 15 ft rocky path. The climb back up is not bad, a bit daunting, just take your time. We found the complex to be nice and quiet and did not have a problem finding a place to park. This property is located on the south part of Lincoln City in a quiet area of town. We would totally stay here again.

The room was clean had all the things needed including coffee needed for our stay. The down side is when we arrived the door had been previously broken into the deadbolt lock was extremely loose and was ready to fall out of the door except it being locked into the door jam so it held on. You could see all around the deadbolt and the door handle itself were a screwdriver had pried all around both pieces. I personally got a Phillips screwdriver and tightened both pieces but was vary Leary as to the door and the door jam were both broken you could see were someone had kicked or hit with large object and had broke it up. Looks if someone had tried to put glue or something with an attempt to fix it was vary bad and I don’t mean that lightly. I can tell you my significant other was seriously weary the whole weekend about it. The hole door and door jam needs replacing most deft before any one should be allowed to stay there again for safety.
