Dog-friendly, single-story home with great yard & ideal location near Dell

Carpet only in bedrooms so it is easier to stay clean. Nice stove although the kitchen is not well stocked with utensils. Directions for opening the front door are inadequate.

The house itself is nice. It is spacious, well furnished and was super clean. The only negative (which is no fault of the homeowner) is that the neighborhood isn’t the most well kept. Several neighboring yards overgrown, etc. That being said, we had no negative incidents to speak of.

House was comfortable and located with easy access to major highways. Neighborhood looks a little sketchy with some nearby houses not very well maintained but we did not encounter issues with this house or any neighbors. The RR dog park is about a 2 mile walk and we visited there a couple of times. Yard is nice and big enough for my two dogs to have plenty of room to run around. The door codes I was furnished did not work (there were two separate codes). To gain entrance to the house I had to call management and, fortunately, there were keys in a lockbox that allowed me to bypass the coded entry lock. After gaining entrance to the house, everything else functioned properly.

This house was super cute. Very clean and very nice decor. Comfiest bed I’ve ever had at a Vrbo house! Great for a trip w kiddos lots of bunk beds. Would recommend.

I really have avoided writing a review but have been encouraged by associates to do so. There was a covered trashcan in the backyard that had obviously not been cleaned since last tenant as it had flies when I arrived. By the time I left (a day early) it had maggots crawling all over it. It was really gross. My dog was small enough to crawl behind the den sofas and kept finding numerous children's dime size plastic coins which I had to pry from her mouth before she choked on them. Translated to me that cleaning crew wasnt cleaning under furniture. Kitchen trashcan didnt have a plastic bag and there was nothing available in the pantry - as a result, I had to dispose of food etc directly into the t. can. Maybe this doesnt bother others but I found it offensive enough, combined with the maggots to leave a day early! I was asked to strip the bed which I didnt mind doing but concerned me that the 2 comforters thrown on the floor in the master bedroom closet were dirty and probably tossed in there rather then cleaned and folded. Would I stay there again. NO

My sister was in town for our father's funeral. Her son also stayed in the house with her. The layout and decor were lovely and the home was spacious. Her son, a native Texan who is living out of state, absolutely loved the decor.

Nice house , backyard, neighborhood

The house was perfect for a family with a dog. Everything was in good condition. I had to reach out myself for check in and check out info which I thought they would just automatically send me. There were some bugs in the house but nothing bad.

Used this VRBO for temporary housing for employees working in the Georgetown area. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to everything.
