Excellent house, very clean and updated.Will definitely return.

We had a great time in this rental, clean, well stocked kitchen and great back deck. House met all our needs and great location. Only negative was only one garbage can provided, if you have a large group you will fill it up fast. But over all a great property.

Nice open layout, fully equipped kitchen, a selection of games, and three of the bedrooms had king beds with their own bathrooms. Perfect setup! We enjoyed playing games and watching football with the cozy fireplace on the chilly nights.

We loved this house! The 3 masters were wonderful. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Plenty of closet/dresser storage in every room. Large deck and lovely hottub. Host response time was always very quick.

We enjoyed the hottub and the Sun River amenities. We appreciated that our small dog could be part of the family reunion because the house is pet friendly!

You will have everything you need in the kitchen and there is a second refrigerator in the garage. The beds were super comfy which is not usually the case. The furniture in the great room was great with power foot rests. Great air conditioning. The single level was a plus. Finally, the hosts were quick on the response when I had a question about when the trash pick up was.

Loved the location of this home! Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our 3 families and we really enjoyed gathering in the great room and large kitchen/dining area. Everything was clean and updated and there were more bikes than were listed in the description. Great stay!

The house was clean, comfortable and had a great open concept and single-level layout. We enjoyed our stay!

The layout of this home was perfect for two families. Both adult couples had king bedrooms and baths and the kids occupied the bedrooms at the other end of the house. The single floor plan was great for the toddler. We enjoyed the large living room area and the large dining table. A huge benefit was the use of the garage as it snowed and we did not have to scrape car windows. We would definitely book this property again!
