Stayed Aug 17, 2025Location is amazing! Beautiful spot on river with a huge deck to enjoy the view and peace and quiet of the river.The house itself is older and furniture could use some updating. But, I suppose, that makes it easier to accept pets.The secure gate was a nice feature.The requirement to get permission to have a guest for dinner was something we haven’t experienced before. Guessing they have had issues with parties in the past?Overall, we enjoyed the stay!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Good spot, responsive staff when we had issues. Couldn't figure out the outside lighting but the nights were long so it worked out still to be outside. Nice to be by the river. Appreciated the location for our visit.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025The house was perfect for my group of 5. Big enough for us to all have our own space as needed and also big enough for us all to gather in one place as needed. The outside deck in back is FABULOUS. So big with TONS of room to do activities, relax, whatever our hearts desired. Was a great home for our week away!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024We had a four night stay on the river with kids and a dog. The house had everything we needed and the deck/patio can’t be beat. There is no air conditioning, but there are plenty of fans for airflow. The only bathroom needs some love, the only reason I didn’t give a full five stars in all areas. Vacasa was amazing to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We were looking for a place convenient to Seattle. Boy, were we surprised!! This place is a true gem. Wonderful location overlooking the Cedar River, with deck access from several viewpoints. So relaxing! The house is gated, plenty of privacy, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, excellent airflow. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pits, pans etc, and there’s a wonderful grilling area out back. So many areas to sit and relax. We were down for a graduation, and we did grill out three times with our family. Lots of fun, and a good amount of wildlife in the river area.

Stayed Jun 4, 2024We wanted to feel like we were in Seattle the whole time so we chose this place based on location. It was so beautiful and the garden was a full bloom. The house was a little small for 5 people but we loved it!
