Dog friendly oceanview house with private hot tub 2 decks and close beach access

Property was okay, only a few issues that we encountered. 1. No more propane for grill. I had to buy it. They said they would reimburse me. 2. Oven was not working. Would get warm but not hot 3. There was only 1 kitchen towel. 4. The towels smelled like wet clothes. 5. 4 people had to sleep in living room. 6. Full bath on middle floor was really hard to close and plan due to the LVP transition hitting bottom of door. 7. Outdoor lights were extremely dim. The area was great. 5 minute walk from beach, great views of ocean.

View was OUTSTANDING! Walk to beach was super close! Everything was very clean. Kitchen supplies were just adequate. No smoke detectors were hooked up in rooms.We were told after checking out that it was because the rooms had recently been remodeled. Communication during our stay was difficult as there wasn’t a local representative. Our messages/questions through Vacasa and Expedia were not answered until after our visit.

Close to beach. Nice property. Worst part stairs. Best part view. Definitely would come again.

It’s a great place with great views

Positives:Beautiful ocean view from the third floor.Spacious third-floor living area, perfect for family gatherings.Dog-friendly, which was greatly appreciated.Areas for Improvement:There are a lot of stairs, which may be challenging for some guests.The gravel driveway poses a hazard , the neighbor’s retaining wall extends too far, making access tight and potentially damaging to vehicles.The driveway is in poor condition and needs re-graveling. Large gaps between the gravel and the paved section can cause vehicles to bottom out. This issue has been mentioned in previous reviews but remains unresolved.Both second-floor patios were covered in leaves upon arrival, and no broom was provided for guests to clean them.The BBQ grill was very dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned prior to our stay.The 4:00 PM check-in time is quite late, and a 10:00 AM check-out feels too early, especially given the high rental cost and cleaning fee.Guests are expected to strip and wash bedding, which seems excessive considering the cleaning fee.There were not enough towels provided for our group.One bedroom was advertised as having a queen bed and two twin beds, but we were unable to locate the twin beds. A bunk bed would be a great addition for families with small children.The foosball table is broken and uneven, making it unusable.The gas fireplace was not operational.There was no guest welcome book with helpful information or instructions.The pillows were too firm.

Had a great stay would definitely stay again

When we arrived there was a load of towels left in the dryer, full dishwasher of dirty dishes, and it smelt very badly like dog and there was dog hair in a lot of places. But the home was sufficient for our needs and very well stocked. We all had a great time!

We loved everything about this place and the location. Short walking distance to the beach and the view is incredible!

Wonderful to celebrate the holidays with family any perfect spot to watch the huge ocean waves. Everything well appointed except the kitchen had no dish cloths or towels, and the hot tub never did come up to proper temperature..

House was amazing. Other then you couldn't get the 2nd floor heated. The driveway does need some gravel. My wifes suv bottom out. But other then that it was amazing

We were blown away by the view from the living area. Every evening we watched whales!! A short walk to the beach ensured lots of fun for the grand kids. The kitchen was well equipped, there were sand toys and kites to enjoy. Would definitely stay again

This house was beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach pretty much across the street. We had 12 people and 2 dogs and had so much room. We only had one problem with the freezer, but the owner responded so fast. We would stay here again.

Our family loves the beach! And we enjoy staying at Sunny SeaLah when visiting Roads End in Lincoln City - this is our second time here. The view from the living area is just beautiful, and the easy and quick access to the beach is perfect. This dog friendly home is also great for our large family with a number of bedrooms, large living area, multiple decks, and a hot tub! A great vacation home!

The 3rd floor was great, large kitchen, living room, 1/2 wrap around patio great shot of the sunset. The second floor has three bedrooms which were lovely, the king suite is great, and the king bath soaking tub was just what I needed with an oceanfront view. The hot tub on the second floor next to the king suite, but it runs all night and is loud. The second and first floor heat was off and we couldn’t locate the thermostat, we were freezing every night and even the contact couldn’t figure it out! We were unable to use the game room because it was tooo cold! There are 4 bedrooms 1 3rd floor w/a queen bed, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor w/queen beds, 1 king bed in the king suite. The description on the website is wrong there weren’t any twin beds, just 4 beds. The parking was difficult because of the road into the property is hard to turn into and the parking is a slanted driveway we only could park 2 cars to safely exit the road. The walk to the beach was easy and close. We made the best of it because we were at the beach!
