This Comfy Ocean Retreat Contains Three Bedrooms (one Queen, Two Full) to Sleep 6 People, 2 Combination Tub/shower Bathrooms, and Fully Equipped Kitchen. Living Room/ Kitchen Has Comfortable Furniture, Hdtv, and Nautical Decor. Deck Off Living Room is Great for Breakfast Or Just Relaxing With Sounds of Ocean. Charcoal Grilling is Allowed On Atlantic Blvd Side of House. It is Located 3 Blocks from Family Owned Pizzeria and Mcdonalds, 4 Blocks from Outdoor Seafood Restaurant, and 2 Blocks from Fine Seafood Restaurant. We had a nice stay at Ms.Wood's property in Atlantic Beach. She was having an issue with the air conditioner when we arrived, but she was on top of it. Repairman had already been there. Kept us updated on the issue. And we had a nice cool stay.

Lisa’s duplex is exactly as advertised. The location cannot be beat; only one block away from the beach. The property is clean and very well cared for. And Lisa goes out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable with your stay. Moreover, she’s very responsive if you have any questions. Highly recommend.

We first came upon this rental in 2021. We stayed for a week and loved it so much we knew we would be back. We just stayed another week and loved it again. The area is in a quiet and clean neighborhood. The ramp to the beach is so close, my 7 year old knew exactly how to get there. Our dogs love running from the back of the house to the front. Lisa is a great host and my husband and I decided we will be back again next year!

We enjoyed our time at Lisa's place. We loved that the beach access was right across the road. It's also close enough to walk to Crab's Claw Restaurant. The place was well stocked with everything you may need. The fenced front yard was nice since we had our 2 dogs and we all loved sitting on the back deck. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The beach is literaĺy 5 min walk. Loved being outside on the deck in the evenings. We loved that it was pet friendly and we didnt have to worry about them. Highly recommend this place and will be using this place again!!!
