Stayed Jun 20, 2026Great location for families with kids and dogs! The fenced yard and beach access were excellent. We enjoyed the large deck/outside space. There were also two beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards available. The beds are small and there is no dishwasher but everything else was perfect.

Stayed Jun 11, 2026We loved the location of this property, it’s less than 5 minutes to beach. It’s a cozy house with a wrap porch that our dogs loved as we did too. Hearing the ocean from the deck was great. I do plan on going back.

Stayed Jul 23, 2024We had a nice stay at Ms.Wood's property in Atlantic Beach. She was having an issue with the air conditioner when we arrived, but she was on top of it. Repairman had already been there. Kept us updated on the issue. And we had a nice cool stay.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Lisa’s duplex is exactly as advertised. The location cannot be beat; only one block away from the beach. The property is clean and very well cared for. And Lisa goes out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable with your stay. Moreover, she’s very responsive if you have any questions. Highly recommend.
