Dog friendly ocean view home with deck and enclosed yard 1 block to beach

The house itself and the views were absolutely amazing! And the location is great...peaceful yet super close to everything. However, if you are counting on the fenced yard for your fur babies...you will be disappointed. The fence has giant holes that will allow any size pet to escape. There were several areas of the home that could use improved cleaning (trash left behind, dog poop from previous guests in the yard, and filthy blinds and windows) and maintenance (fenced yard and broken rails on back deck). Beds and furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. WiFi worked great. Lots of fun games and books for those days when the weather just won't cooperate! This place would easily be 5 stars if it was properly cleaned and maintained!

This is a very spacious home that is very nicely decorated. The location of the home is great. Just a block from the beach. There are about 10 large rocks you have to step on to get down to the actual beach. My 70 yr mom needed hand

The home has all the amenities you need, a great location, and space to relax. The place was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

This property really was an easy one-block walk to the beach, and a quick drive to downtown Rockaway Beach. The downstairs bedrooms easily had enough room for our six kids, and they loved that there are TVs with DVD players and streaming access in each bedroom. The house is clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the little amenities provided - coffee maker, crock pot, soap pods, lots of clean towels and blankets, and more. There were travel guides, lots of jigsaw puzzles, and DVDs available. My favorite thing about the house was sitting on the upper deck watching the waves and sunset and hearing the surf - not quite on the oceanfront but close enough. The rate was reasonable and we would totally stay here again.
