Dog-friendly, ocean-view getaway with grill, deck, beach access & basketball

Perfect place. We came in for the Cooper River Bridge run. Awesome screened in porch great location.

It was clean and very walkable to the beach! Great place for a group trip.

Clean and comfortable home located close to the beach. Large screened in patio in the front and a fenced in yard for the pups in the back. Check in was easy.

The house was clean and served our purpose as a family vacation stay, however we had several issues with the bed frames and the front door not locking which we brought to the renters attention several times and was never addressed by the local team.

Online listing didn’t mention that this was a duplex. Based off the pictures we had planned to use the balcony which was not available. Spot was clean with and pet friendly.

Overall the unit itself was great. As for the communication, it was excellent UNTIL there was an issue. The unit claims there is a grill on site that is useable. While there is a nice one for the upstairs unit. The bottom unit is saddled with old rusted out grill with only a small section of the burner working. We brought this up to the host on a Tuesday morning and was acknowledged by management. However, I had to keep following up.The host just kept saying it was being looked into. By the time we left that Friday, nothing was done. Again, overall the bottom unit is nice. Just don't expect to be able to grill out.

This home was a wonderful location for a weekend family getaway! We enjoyed the location to the beach, the front porch, and the king room with lots of seating for everyone. We will be back!

Great location & super clean!

Good accommodations. Very close to beach and IOP happenings. Problems with cable and management tried to resolve.

Nice location. Little dated and dark inside. Had everything we needed. Nice fenced in back yard for dogs.

Host and communication were excellent. Location was the best part of this house. Amenities seemed newer but still couldn’t shake the feeling of being in a basement. Great stay if that doesn’t matter and you like being close to beach and downtown IOP.

Nice clean property with close beach access. Did need kitchen lights repaired and bathroom faucet fixed.

Really great place. Just know that this is the downstairs of a two unit house. Footsteps from upstairs guest will be heard. Otherwise a great place and location.

Please be aware when renting that this home it is only rented top and bottom. I was surprised that I had only rented the bottom. It was totally my fault though because I didn’t read the fine print. The bottom floor of the home was clean, and equipped with what you need … no nice little extras that many rentals leave for you ..Be aware also that it was difficult to lock the codedfront door . They sent us a clip to watch after trying to lock the door for several minutes. Also WiFi info posted is wrong inside the home . We had to look Inside the book provided for the correct password. Overall house is very clean and beds are comfy . Only the front living room TV works correctly.. Beach access is right across the street which makes it very nice..
