Dog-friendly ocean- & sound-view home with private pool, hot tub, & central AC

This is the second time we booked this house. It was perfect for our family vacay, which included 12 people and two dogs. A slight maintenance problem was handled promptly, with a return visit to be sure it was fixed (it was). We love this house!

This house has everything you need for a great multiple family stay. This was our second year staying here and we will be back next year

We loved the privacy of Grand Slam and open space for bike riding and kids playing. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room, basketball goal post, gas grill and elevator!

It is an incredibly well-appointed, well-equipped home. We enjoyed it immensely and would visit again!

This is a beautiful home. Great use of space for larger groups. Provided ample space for everyone. Views are amazing. Could use towels for pool use or update description to notify renters to bring their own. The little things needing to be addressed, were. Definitely worth choosing again if doing the outer banks.

This house was amazing!! The beds are so comfortable and all kings! Only one room had bunk beds and it was great for the kids. I would love to see a projector in the theater room. And the kitchen could use more utensils. The view is amazing, the pool and the hot tub were the life of the party! We celebrated my 40th birthday in style for sure! We'll be back!! Plenty of room for our party of 15!

If you have a large family or group of friends and want an oasis at the beach with everything you could need, book this place today. Elevator made it easy for those less mobile to stay interactive with the rest of the family. Dual ovens and dishwashers! Fridges on every level and tiki house! Take in a movie with 7 of your friends in the theater room. Nice system almost felt like we were in a commercial theater! At no additional cost! Will definitely be a contender for future stays! Loved it! Exercise room too but let's be hoset, I never used it, I was on vacation!

This was a fabulous place. Our family of 12 including 5 littles fit perfectly. There was plenty of room for everyone. We brought a WII, and the theater room was well used. The pool was a great size for this many. The exercise room was also well used. The only drawback was not much pantry space to store food. We made due with using the upstairs bedroom as our storage. The pictures did not do it justice. We plan to book this house again next summer!

A beautiful home! The view is amazing and is in a great location. Has plenty of space and the swimming pool is nice.

The house was very nice big and spacious . Unfortunately when we walked in the house was dirty. After receiving multiple text messages and emails stating that we couldn’t check in till 6pm I would’ve expected the house to be clean. In multiple rooms we found open food containers under the beds. The microwave had a fire in it prior to us coming an needed to be replaced. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly. We couldn’t use refrigerator in the kitchen we had to walk a flight of steps in order to use the other refrigerator which was very inconvenient . it took 4 calls to maintenance in order to get both corrected. They replace the old microwave with a used microwave and three days later just left a new microwave on the front porch. I guess assuming we were going to replace it. The kitchen stove was disgusting we had to scrub it to get it clean in order to cook on it. The plates along with the pots and pans had to all be re-washed. The grill near the pool was completely disgusting try to use it but was too dirty. All the TV’s had multiple remotes with no manual on what does what especially the movie room. We left this house 110% cleaner then we received it. I hope the next people appreciate it.
