    Really pleasant spot! Comfortable and lots of sleeping spots, especially for kiddos. Yard isn't fenced but the road isn't busy at all and our dogs did great here.

    The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Management was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again. Like others said you can definitely hear the upstairs tenants but we did not mind.

    Basketball hoop game was fun, nice touch! 2 living rooms with ample comfortable couches. Kids loved the dual bunkbeds. Lower beds were near queen size, very nice. Really enjoyed the large grass yard for the dogs and also tge stone elevated view point. We roasted smores, while enjoying the lake view, so cool! Close proximity to everything in town. Counter top convection oven was nice to have. We used it to cook most things; fries, sausage, bacon, etc. 2 car driveway for this lower portion of the house was also nice to have, making loading and unloading much easier.Things that need improvement: No fan in the bathroom, bring air frehsner for those stinky guests lol. No dishwasher, be sure to bring your lady along lol. The dish soap provided was intended for a dishwasher additive, didnt clean very well. No stove, but did have a small 2 burner electrical cooker. Flooring of Uptrairs unit allows all noice to permeate to the lower unit. Paper thin, you can hear everything as if they were in your place.

    Our gps sent us up a couple of dirt roads and dead ends, but once found, the way in and out was quite simple and close to main road along lake. The rental was quite nice, clean and well supplied with essential needs. Nice area, Would definitely stay there again.

    This property is very simple but has everything our family needed for a mountain bike race weekend. The place was clean and inviting. The kitchen is simple but perfect for quick meals that don’t require a stove/oven. The bunk bedroom was spacious and all the kids slept great. The access to both Garden City and Beaver Mountain resort was exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our needs. Would definitely book again in the future.

    Pros- Clean apartment. Comfortable beds. The bunk bed room is large and awesome with plenty of storage. Well stocked with nice bath towels. Tons of dishes- plates bowls cups and eating utensils. Full size fridge. Large dining table. They allow pets, which is really hard to find. Cons- As stated in the listing, there is no stove or oven, but other means of cooking are available. No dishwasher. This is a basement apartment, and if there are renters upstairs, you WILL hear them. It was so loud that it sounded like they were in the same space as us. Overall, it was a good price for a decent space.

    The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating and the house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The only thing I would mention is that there is construction nearby that is noisy during the day, but it was quiet and peaceful at night.
