Dog Friendly Lower Level Basement Apartment.

What a great overall space! It is a very large, clean area that we were planning on fitting 2 couples and a couple toddler aged kids. Unfortunately the family that was going to come with us had to bail at the last minutes. It is very convenient to everything in Ashland in a nice quiet neighborhood. Some may be concerned with it being in the basement. We are kind of quiet anyway, and I can think of only a couple of times we heard footsteps above us. It's no different from my experiences living in 2 story apartments. The entrance is completely private, and we frequently came and went without seeing anyone. If you do talk to the owners, they are super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They have made improvements from when we stayed here last year, and they told us more work will be done. This is our go to place to stay when we are in town.

This was a perfect stay for us! Host was wonderful and the property had everything we needed and then some. Felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

The owner was replacing the deck at the time of my stay around the pool. I still had access though. This was the first time staying where the owner actually lived on the grounds. They were so nice, we intermingled and spent a few evenings together!Salt of the earth people. I travel to the Tri-state area at least every few months, for the price and convenience you can’t find a motel anywhere, or receive better on on one customer service!

The place was bigger than I expected. However it was dirty and there was exposed wiring in several spots throughout the place. The owners seemed nice and responsive so I’m hopeful they take care of the minor things that need fixed bc it has potential to be a great place.

The owners were kind, space was a great size and the pool was great.

We enjoyed the stay. We were disappointed because the listing changed from when we booked to when we arrived. We also were not aware that the owners lived upstairs until 3 days before arrival. The only real issue we had was the outside lighting. My boyfriend tripped on the stairs. And no visiable address so we passed by it three times the night we arrived. Over all we were happy!

We had a great time staying here and our daughter loved her time at the pool thanks so much! We will be back highly recommend

Stayed for a week and it was perfect. Lots of space and very clean. Beautiful place. The hosts are amazing people! They responded quickly if I had questions. Cute neighborhood and close to so many things. It really just felt like my home away from home. I’ll be staying there again in the future. Highly recommend!
