Stayed Aug 29, 2025We had a wonderful time during our Labor Day weekend family reunion! The host was very responsive to my messages, which we really appreciated. The property is in a fantastic location, making it easy for us to get around. While we did notice a few spider webs in the kitchen that were quite visible when we turned on the light, and the trash can was a bit tricky to use since the lid was broken, these things didn’t dampen our spirits at all. Everything else was nice and clean, and we truly enjoyed ourselves, creating lasting memories with our family. We’re so grateful this house was available, and having access to the lake was a big bonus!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Overall the property was ok. There were loose tiles and grout that tripped you or scraped your foot. The outdoor decking was in terrible shape with wood and nails protruding everywhere. The home is misadvertised as a 3 bedroom when in fact 4 of of 6 beds are ALL in the master and the 5th bed is in the master closet so absolutely no privacy for anyone. They advertise that there is a canoe but it is under lock and key and therefore not usable. The pretty little table pictured doesn’t exist at all. The outdoor deck area was also covered in spider webs and debris almost making it unable to walk without being covered.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025We had a great time. A good time with family. Accommodations were great. We went to HEB and cooked in the kitchen. We didn’t eat out once. Plenty of room for us. We watched a movie. I loved the communication. Owner…we share a last name. :)

Stayed Jul 22, 2025The property was comfortable and in a great location - just minutes from Inks Lake. The master bedroom had an adjoining room with four beds. All shared the master bathroom. Good arrangement for parents with little kids, not so great with older teens. It worked fine for two couples. The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of towels in the bathrooms.
