Inside, this home features a cozy living area with soaring ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering incredible lake views. Prepare meals in the full, well-equipped kitchen and then dine together at the adjacent table with bench seating. You'll also find a lower-level family room with an additional TV and another chill-out space with a foosball table. Outside, kick back on the furnished deck and enjoy the view, or head down to the water where you can drop in off the dock in one of the kayaks or head out on a paddleboard.

This home is just about 13 miles from the heart of Louisa where you'll find various shops and restaurants as well as the Greens at Tanyard Golf Course and the Weston Farm Vineyard & Winery. Take a scenic, 12-mile drive up to Lake Anna State Park with more than 15 miles of hiking trails, a visitor center with exhibits that trace the history of the area's gold mining, and guided tours of the Goodwin Gold Mine. And if you're visiting in May, don't miss the Lake Anna Brewfest featuring over 30 different local and regional breweries.

This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. There is a community launch that guests with boats can access. The depth of the water down at the dock for the house is roughly 8 feet.
