Nice house in a quiet community. The kids had a blast with the kayaks and going on walks in the woods! Fully stocked kitchen and lots of bedding and towels. The well water is heavily mineralized (normal in these mountains) so the filter came in handy for coffee and drinking.

The house was nice and it was clean. It is not a lakefront home. You cannot walk to the lake from the property since the property in front is has no trespassing signs. Also the propane tanks to the grill and fire pit were empty.

I love that the property was tucked away out of sight around the backside of the lake, but very close to the freeway as well. The property is centralized between Snoqualmie Summit for snowboarding and Roslyn for Snomobiling activities! The neighborhood was like a winter wonderland. It snowed every day that we were there and somebody from the neighborhood plowed it every day. The house was very spacious with more than enough room for our family of five and a dog. There was ample supply of firewood provided for the fireplace that heats the whole house. Fantastic to sit in front of the fireplace sipping on hot chocolate after a day playing in the snow. Overall fantastic accommodations and will definitely rent from here again.

Everything was well stocked. As the former owner of the property, I have addressed the water issues with the new management team and those steps are to be taken to get the matter resolved.

This house very clean, very comfortable. Please double check the cleanliness of the kitchen stuff before using. Bring your own firewood, the place does NOT have access to a lake, but you can see it, I wouldn’t call it a lake, more like a big pond. Yes, there’s lots of iron in the water CLR cleaner would do wonders, but the place is not filthy, we had a great weekend.

We felt the house and grounds were lovely. However, suggestions for improvements; it would be nice to have some additional furniture in the bedrooms to put luggage on and some hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms to hang robes or clean clothing on. We also missed a trash can in the guest bathroom and there was only a single box of Kleenex for the whole house. All that said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt the kitchen was very well stocked. Everything worked as advertised and the house is roomy and comfortable. The only other thing I want to mention is we all felt there should’ve been more transparency about the water. To mention, almost in passing that the water “has a slight sulfur smell”, the day before we arrived was a bit misleading. I took one shower and reeked of iron all afternoon. I do understand that there may not be much that can be done about the well water without installing a much more elaborate and expensive filtration system but had we known that the water would be almost unusable we would not have booked here.

Was not very clean, lots of pet hair, people hair, and dust. No garbage bags supplied and what little tp and hand soap they had was hard to find. Also, the hottub was out of commission, which was the selling point for picking this place. Would have been nice to know ahead of time, or when booking. The location was beautiful, however there was no lake access from the house and you can still hear the interstate from the house.

First, the house itself is great. We were happily surprised by the spaciousness of all the rooms. Floors and kitchen were good for a crowd and dogs. But it really should be made more clear that it's a camp and that the well water is not palatable (i.e., for things like drinking, coffee, brushing your teeth). The bugs in the screens were gross and the whole house was clean-ish. Maybe provide more towels for the kitchen especially when it's a big crew. There was no propane even though the fireplace is gas powered. And where was the grill that's mentioned in the written description? It just so happened that our family was just this year changing our tradition of camping together to staying in a house but it felt much more like camping than staying in a home. Most of us couldn't make ourselves shower because the water was so bad.

Our multigenerational crew of 10 + dogs was very pleased by the space and sleeping accommodations (the bunk has a trundle!) however it was a lot more like camping than a stay in a lakefront home (we didn't trail blaze to confirm how close the lake was). Truly the house is fine if you are willing to bring in bottled water and forego showering (the water might be potable but is noxious with sulfur). A few other things to note: Outdoor fire pit is propane fueled (though the tanks were nearly empty). And, there's no grill as noted in the property description. And the cleaning left a bit to be desired. Overall it was fine - we took it mostly in stride, but best you take the description with a grain of salt. I'd give this 2.5 stars if I could.

We stayed here over new years and it was amazing! The cabin was really nice and the snow/ view of the lake made it all look magical. We stayed with 9 people comfortably. The beds were comfortable and clean. Neighbors are not very close so it really feels secluded and private. Lovely backyard with hanging lights to create a nice mood. I accidentally left my shoes at the property and messaging Vrbo and getting them shipped to me was very easy and quick. Yes the water did have a sulfur smell but it wasn’t bad at all. We brought our own drinking water so no issues there.Overall loved our stay and would stay here again!

Don't let the property upkeep outside the house fool you. This house has a nice, open, functional layout, that was clean and comfortable for our needs. It has a well stocked pantry and comfortable beds. You will have to deal with camping type issues like bugs (both inside and outside), no manicured lawn, and mineralized water, but as a whole the house is a well-furnished, pleasant, sanctuary in a quiet, lakeside community.

great layout and the AC was welcome during a heat wave. there is not access to lavender lake from the house, but it’s a fairly short walk down the road. could use some fresh linens and definitely bring your own drinking water!

This was a beautiful home nestled in a quiet mountain community. We enjoyed the spacious living area and the quiet peace of the woods. The kids liked the board games, had a blast when we took them out on the kayaks, and the bunk beds and trundle were perfect. There’s a nice well-stocked kitchen and the grill worked fine. The kitchen table’s been repaired so it’s not as sturdy, but functional. We enjoyed the fire pit at night. Lots of extra bedding and towels. We’re used to mountain water, which this definitely is - safe enough but heavily mineralized. We appreciated the water filter. Thanks for a great weekend!
