Dog-Friendly Lake Home w/ Dock ~ 25 Mi to Disney!

Lovely view and a nice clean place.

We had a great experience. Home was well appointed and decorated, the pool and outside area was amazing. View of the lake to watch the boats and water skiers. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice. We were at a destination wedding at the Great Escape in Clermont and loved coming back to this solitude to relax. Wonderful stay!

What a beautiful house and location for me and my husband to relax and enjoy the city of Clermont! So close to the parks and the quaint village of historic downtown Clermont. We were able to enjoy several restaurants and we even had a chance to browse the real estate market in the area for a future move. The owners were so easy to communicate with and we even got advice for a local hospital that unfortunately was needed. I look forward to our return and we would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you for your warm hospitality! Ray and Kelly

This home was perfectly located in relation to the lakes we were fishing for 3 days. It was clean and comfortable in a nice neighborhood. The pool and jacuzzi were nice bonuses to come home to after a long day on the water. Our host was willing to go above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

If peaceful is what you are looking for, this is the place. Beautiful view of Sawmill Lake, lovely pool, lovely back patio, and very comfortable, tastefully decorated home. Super clean and inviting. Hosts were friendly and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Only thing we would suggest is that since visitors have no boat access to the lake, the host should consider having a couple of kayaks, paddle boards on hand for guests to use. Also, it would have been perfect if there had been a sandy beach area cleared at the shoreline by the lake to sit and enjoy the view. We brought our own kayaks and having an area free from water grasses would have made launching them a bit easier. Overall, it was wonderful, didn't even have to leave for groceries... Publix and Walmart delivered within an hour. Try out Cantinas Mexican restaurant if you visit. Best carnitas I've ever had.

We had a lovely relaxing weekend on this beautiful lake with another couple and our labradoodle. All of us enjoyed the VERY clean and nicely appointed house and pool. Our friend took his canoe out on the lake every morning and evening to fish and enjoy nature, and we all enjoyed his stories of the wildlife he encountered on his trips. Everything we needed was available to us in the house, and a small issue of a light fixture that wasn't working was quickly taken care of. We would rent this house again without hesitation!

Overall our stay was bliss! The house was clean and equipped with everything that we needed, including lots of towels and kitchen tools (was pleased there was a blender!) My favorite part was definitely sitting in the lanai watching the lake, people quietly fishing, and the infrequent water skiers that were enjoying the water. It was quiet and tranquil. Just what we needed. I loved the main-floor laundry, and kitchen bar area. Master bedroom and bathroom was huge! Security was easy getting in and locking up on the way out, and the lounge chairs were perfect for watching sunsets. The only thing I might recommend is adding some board games or other tabletop games that families could enjoy. We had a storm roll through one day, followed by a couple of days of clouds and fog, so some games for those inside days would have been welcomed. Other than that, everything was amazing. Highly recommend. ❤️
