Stayed Jul 12, 2023The house is spacious and very clean! The beds are really comfortable. This is one of the most inclusive homes we have rented yet. Pool toys, cooler, beach chairs, fishing poles, tp, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner and soaps. Literally walked in and felt like home. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a fantastic home! Beautiful new home set close to both Fort Meyers and Sanibel beaches. Not far from many food options and tourist attractions. The Pool is well kept and wonderfully lit, there is even a tiki bar to enjoy a drink on the pool deck! Very clean spacious and right on the canal so fishing off the back dock was a pleasure! Wonderful place to stay would come back many times!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time at Palazzo Palms. My husband and I got married in Fort Myers and decided to stay here with the in laws. The house is super clean, modern and located close to a lot of great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here. The adults and kids all loved the pool. The tiki hut and the chairs by the dock were such cute additions for the adults to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Thank you for having us and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy their time in Cape Coral / Fort Myers area. We are also looking forward to be back for future anniversaries.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a large family vacation planned and our original home was sold and reservation canceled 2 months before our trip! Found this beautiful home by luck and I will say the pictures do not do this home justice. Absolutely beautiful! The decor is beautiful, the pool is awesome and the games in the garage were perfect! We spent quit a few nights gaming it up out there. Morning coffee sitting on the dock was probably my favorite part. Super peaceful and we saw the cutest and very curious turtle that hung around a few days. Super easy check in and so much thought put into the home. I would recommend this over and over. I will say it's about 35 to 50 minutes to get to a beach. So be prepared for a short travel. We ventured to Ft. Myers Beach, to be with the rest of our family, Sanibel and Captiva and each were well worth the drive. Ft. Myer has great entertainment but just closes down a bit early. Also, there aren't a lot of pots and pans. Sounds crazy that you'd want to cook while vacationing, but I like to save money and make good meals. So if you're like me, that is the only downfall about the stay. The house has a cooler, beach towels, tons of pool toys and beach chairs. All in all this was a perfect home and we are super appreciative to the host. Thank you and we will be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Clean and comfortable new build on a quiet street. Pool with toys, smart TVs, good internet, and a game room to boot! Would love to be back, if we are lucky enough to find it available!!
