Dog Friendly! Hot Tub! Ocean Front with Spectacular Views!

This house was perfect for a couples getaway! Upon first arriving, the house was clean, and the view was tremendous. There was still some crumbs on the floor, but we overlooked that and just a couple of updates would be good but overall we loved it and we are definitely going to make this an annual getaway. Also, the customer service was excellent.

The location and views were amazing. The house was set up well, with all necessary items. Will definitely stay here again!

The view is absolutely beautiful and the home is perfect. It's clean and beautifully decorated. The home is great for pets as it has a fenced in yard. Sweet Homes staff is very welcoming, professional and responsive. The check-in and check out process is very easy. This property is highly recommended.

Location! Location! Location! This place is quiet and peaceful and the views do not disappoint! We watched one of the most incredible sunsets I’ve ever seen on the back deck. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was supplied. The furnishings and appointments have certainly seen some heavy use and could use some updating and the place could use a good deep cleaning but overall it was a pleasant peaceful stay. The heating system is a bit confusing and took some effort to get the temperature comfortable but the hot tub was on point- one of the very few times I’ve stayed somewhere and didn’t have to wait hours and hours for the hot tub to heat. It was a perfect 102 when we arrived. Bravo for that!!

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to sit and watch the beach and ocean/waves from the hot tub, living room, or from the chairs in the back yard.

Great house on the beach! It had everything we needed and a great online list of property/local information and recommendations. We can’t wait to come back!

Great little house, just steps from the beach. Quite a bit of sand in the house when we got there but I guess that comes with the territory. Could use a little extra cleaning next time.

Clean and bright, welcoming, cozy. Incomparable, mesmerizing views of the ocean from the large windows in the living room, from the patio hot tub, and from the Adirondack chairs in the yard. Mere steps from the water! We had the best time and can't wait to book again.

The windows facing the ocean are great during the stormy or windy days. Due to the high winds, pelicans flew by the very close to the house. It was so exciting to get such a close up view!The house is a good location for visiting Newport, Cape Perpetua, and down to Florence.It’s a beach house so the exterior looks like it could use some new paint. The slider door to the deck is very hard to open.Beach access is right outside the door. You do have to step down/up on some large rocks. It wasn’t hard for our group.The fences yard was wonderful for our dog.Thanks for the dog treats.Overall it was a fun few days

This was my second time staying here & loved it bith times. The only downside was that the hot tub was malfunctioning & we would have loved to have stayed longer. Great beds, easy access to the beach & the most lovely part of the Oregon coast.

Nice accommodations, loved the hot tub, we weren't crazy about the stairs up to main living area. Road noise was loud since it is right on the highway. The living room furniture is a bit worn and not very comfortable but overall it was a good choice to stay.

The house was exactly as advertised. The views were amazing and we were so close to the ocean. The bed was super comfy, and we loved the pillows! Our dog loved the Treats and I think she might’ve had more fun than we did. We highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again!

I wish I could have stayed longer. Two nights were all that were available. What a beautiful part of the oregon coast. The house was really clean. And the hosts from Sweet Homes were very friendly and kept me notified. Thank you
