Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the house and backyard. A keypad next to the front door allows for easy entry (code provided prior to check-in). Additionally, there is the option to utilize a digital key instead of a code via the August App. If you would like to be set up with one please reach out before your arrival!



The Neighborhood:

The home is nestled in a quaint neighborhood on Wilmington Island. The neighborhood is very family oriented and moves at a relaxed pace, you will definitely feel at ease while at the house. As such please be courteous to neighbors on noise levels and observe the quiet hours of 10PM to 8AM. Both downtown Savannah and Tybee Island are short drives from the house as it splits the distance between the two.



Getting Around:

You will need a car to get around as most places are driving distance. Ride Share apps do work on Wilmington Island. Be sure to check timings and availability for ride sharing apps prior to utilizing them though.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that Wilmington Island Retreat is in a family community, as such please be courteous to neighbors on noise levels. Most importantly please be courteous to neighbors about their property and respect their privacy. Wilmington Island Retreat is a visit into their neighborhood, and as such they deserve to be able to relax as well. Additionally, please ensure that you park all the vehicles you bring in the driveway as this ensures that vehicles aren't blocking a neighbor's path.



Check in is any time after 4:00 PM. Please ensure you read through the check in instructions prior to arrival, to ensure a smooth and seamless entry.



Check out is any time before 10:00 AM.



We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation with a $150 pet fee. Please make sure pets are disclosed prior to check-in.

Each dog must be under 50 lbs and leashed at all times when outside the house.

Guests are required to pick up after their dogs immediately and dispose of waste properly in designated areas only.

Guests assume full liability for their pets while on the property.



We are available during you stay for anything you need, and we strive to make sure your stay is 5-star worthy! Please reach out if you need anything during your stay!

    The property was charming, in a quite neighborhood. It was close drive to Tybee island and downtown Savannah. Yard was fenced in which was good for the dogs and very nice size for the dogs to run and play. I would stay there again in the future.
