Stayed Sep 27, 2024Nice, quiet part of Chatham -- very old Cape Cod feel to both the neighborhood and the home. Common rooms comfortable and well furnished, nice yard and deck, although we were hardly there to use them. Short drive up the street to the Corner Store for breakfast and easy access to Chatham via Route 28 or Old Queen Anne Road.

Stayed May 17, 2024We loved our stay here. Our kids didn’t want to leave and are already asking to go back. There was plenty of space and a nice deck off the back. Great location, close to Chatham downtown and the beaches.

Stayed May 3, 2024We stayed a four day weekend and the location of the house was convenient for exploring from one end of the Cape to the other. Nicely decorated and appreciated being able to bring our pup.

Stayed Aug 25, 2023Our stay in South Chatham was nice. The vacation property was lovely. Only 2 smal bedrooms but large living spaces. All rooms were sufficiently air conditioned. Great Wifi and television. Nice back deck with grill. Everything was in working order. Kitchen could have additional pots and pans and no dishwasher was a bummer
