Dog-friendly home w/outdoor pool & firepit, near the top of South Mountain

Really did love that property. Unfortunate the house has been rented to people that did not care about the property. I took pictures of the property that had stains in carpet, blinds that did not work or was missing. Supposedly the owners get money for damages or missing things were never fixed or replaced my owners that were paid by clients that did the damages. The door going out to the back had screws in the door strip that stuck out which was very dangerous for children , older or any age. There is mouse poop all over the garage. The digital lock on the front door was very difficult. We treated the property with the correct process and realize it was valuable property. We had a great time by the pool when it started to cool down from the high heat in AZ. We were there for a funeral the our best friends from the military. I still say that we had a great time to have family together.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We enjoyed the comfy atmosphere. Swimming was wonderful and everything was easy to find. Loved that there were books and games, along with beautiful and funny artwork. Definitely recommend

The home was clean, quiet and very private. We had a few issues come up during our week long stay and they were taken care of very quickly. We had a great experience and would recommend the property.

This home is a perfect spot for young and old alike. Accessibility is great for older adults and the split floor plan creates the perfect divide for teenagers. Amazing backyard for lounging. The home is older and wear is noticeable but by no means a deal breaker. Will definitely stay again if given the opportunity!

We loved this property. It is a very quiet neighborhood, with wonderful areas for walking. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard with the rock wall, beautiful landscaping, and pool waterfall. The house was well supplied with paper products, soap, detergents, kitchen utensils, and appliances.Our only concern was the master bed. We both rolled to the center and did more cuddling than usual, could be a good thing :)We were 2.5 miles from our son and his family and we certainly hope to stay here again.

This was a well appointed house and yard. There were a few issues that caused me to lower the score. The bed slats were broken causing a very saggy bed and made sleep impossible in the primary bedroom. There were no hairdryers, if they weren’t provided a heads up would have been appreciated. The TV in the den was impossible to turn on, perhaps instructions would have helped. Finally, although Monday of the property, the neighbors were very grumpy! At 7:30 pm they began yelling over the fence for us to “shut up” and then got quite rude. We were having a normal adult conversation with our family. Sadly I feel the need to mention this in case anyone wants to use the backyard!

The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The pool was lovely as well. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and a grocery store and several restaurants were close by.

This is a large home in Ahwatukee. The outside area is beautiful and peaceful. The landscaping needs a little touch up as things are a bit overgrown, but still, this is a paradise. You will see hummingbirds, butterflies, lizards, etc., outside and on the rock wall. The home is comfy and was very clean on arrival. People need to remember that this home is a short-term rental so yes there is some wear and tear. Fridge needs to be replaced or fixed. As mentioned by others the doors do not stay shut. The water dispenser fell off the door the first time we opened it to put away groceries. I did report this to Vacasa. They get back to you quickly with any issues or concerns. You find nice starter packs of hand soap, dish soap and pods, washing machine pods and toilet paper. (*Note the coffee machine takes cone filters.) We did find lots of mouse poop in the garage so opted to park in the driveway. We did bring our own pool toys, since I was told there were none. There was no umbrella to use on the patio area which would be a nice addition. There is a wonderful Baja shelf that with umbrella shade would have been so nice to sit and relax. Again, this home is in a nice, quiet, clean area of Phoenix. A very relaxing home.

Very nice spacious 3 bedroom home. We really loved the pool! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Great location! Only 4 minutes from grocery store and restaurants. We feel very lucky to have found this home. We already miss it.

We were in town for a work conference. House was well appointed and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We especially liked the backyard: a beautiful pool and landscaping that truly immersed you in the area. We spent our mornings drinking coffee outside, watching the chuckwallas run across the rock face, listening to the buzz of hummingbirds, and entertaining quail that scooted through the foliage. It was peaceful, a far cry from the “packed in” feel of the valley, yet within 30 minutes of the cities. We will be back!

The spaciousness of the house and all the amenities exceeded my expectations. I usually stay in hotels when I travel and this was my first vrbo experience. It's a little daunting to book a place sight unseen. The landscaping, the quiet and all around beauty was so relaxing. The weather was perfect. A side note; besides all the nature we saw, there were 2 humming birds that were camped out in the cat windchime and the momma would leave and bring food back to the baby..it was so interesting to witness. I will look for this property again when I come to Phoenix as well as other places I travel to quite often. I am pleased that my first experience was such a positive one
