Stayed Jul 5, 2025When reading the reviews, we seemed to understand what we were getting into with the cleanliness but accept the risk since it was a great price. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The location to the beach was great. It was an easy walk. The neighborhood was lovely. We loved the view from the top deck. We continuously battled ants in the kitchen which was fine it happens. The property management came once to spray. There was mold coming from multiple outlets and in one of the showers. We did notify the property management company but they just came over and wiped it off. I can't imagine was is happening in the outlets. The carpet felt dirty to walk on. One of bunk beds wasn't made and there was visible dirt on the mattress cover. The house desperately needs a deep clean.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025The pool and hot tub were great. The kids really enjoyed them. The location to the beach was great as well as the neighborhood. The house desperately needs a deep clean and probably mold remediation. There was mold coming from some of the outlets and the top of a shower. We contacted the property management company and they did come to wipe it off. I can do that I was hoping they would look into it more. The carpets felt dirty. The house has so much to offer, please please give it a deep clean and look into the mold problem.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The property shows its age and needs some updates.Location was good with a straight walk to the beach.We really liked the patriotic theme.We missed not being able to use the pickelball courts at the local pool.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024The pool and outdoor showers were great. This house needs serious upgrades and is full of mold. There was mold coming out of the vents and light fixtures. The shower curtains all were moldy. You could even see the mold on the outside of the house. Would think twice before booking this home.
