Dog-friendly home with private pool, hot tub, & central AC

Location was great…furniture was HORRIBLE! You have no integrity! You ask for a great deal of money for rotten bed mattresses…springs poking out of rotten sofas…clogged drains…laminate floor peeling! What reason do the people from VACASA back you? Had to have exterminators day 3…bugs still dying as we left…my sister left day 2!

location and pool were positives. house was dirty and smelled horrible, much worse than any other pet rental we've stayed in. cockroaches were in the house. cable was cut after week 1 and nobody came to turn back on, so only 1 tv in the house worked for the 2nd week. maintenance man said it was likely due to owners non-payment of the bill. we made the best of our 2 weeks, but will not be renting this house again. we plan to rent through owners next summer.

We had a great stay at this beach spot. It was fantastic to be steps from the beach. Even closer than I anticipated. We also took full advantage of having the pool as well!

You can't beat the location and ocean views. Plus it's hard to find small semioceantfront homes with pools. Just be aware the pool is tiny so better for smaller kids or adults who just want to float. Hot tub was a big hit. The interior was functional and space was optimized. Definitely and older home with older furnishings and appliances but everything was in working order. Layout with all bedrooms on lower level worked great for us. Loved the tile foyer for changing out of wet swimsuits. Quick walk to a quiet beach over a boardwalk. Neighborhood was quiet as well. Less than a 10 min walk to the pier or Wings. If you're willing to accept an older home for the views and location, this is a great option!

House was clean, a little dated but we weren't in it to much so that didn't really matter. Pool and hot tub were nice. Location was great! Within walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants and shops.

There is good and bad associated with his property. The good is the location… Just steps from the beach and it couldn't be easier to drag all your beach gear to the surf and set up. The pool area is nice in the hot tub was functional although the lights Didn't seem to work on the hot tub. The bad is the interior of the home. As others have noted it is extremely dated, the furniture appears to be have bought at a thrift shop, nothing matches and it feels like a frat house. The refrigerator is at least 20 years old. All 4 bedrooms are on the lower floor and the lock doesn't work on the master bedroom. Bathroom fixtures were builder grade at best. The property could be great if owner put some money back into the property

Homeowner needs to do some housekeeping. Living room furniture needs to be upgraded for comfort; large couch had a distinct odor. Also, pest control for the cockroaches inside and out needs attention. We loved the location but would never stay on this property again for the price!

Good property, enjoyed our stay

Was as expected. The pool area was great hangout when beach weather was less desirable. Although not beach front, ocean views were delightful. Centurally located in Avon a plus. House is a little worn but comfortable. For the price and location any minor negatives were easily over looked. After all, we’re primarily there for the beach and water activities. Would def rent again.
