Dog-friendly home with private hot tub & fireplace - only steps to the beach

Didn’t get around to using the hot tub but did use the fire pit. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. A very quiet and peaceful setting.

Good location, walking distance from the beach. The fire pit and shot tub were great! The microwave is broken, which was a little bummer. And there are a lot of sandburs on the property which ended up throughout the house if you did any walking outside.

It was perfect for the 3 of us and our dog. Spacious, comfortable, nice hot tub and close to an amazing beach!

We? Loved how secluded it was, how close to the beach. It was the fire pit was nice. The hot tub was nice. Everything was comfortable.

It is in dire need of TLC. Shower door leak requires two bathe mats to soak up water. Patio and other outdoor chairs are broken. Bug zapper lights to cut down on mosquitoes appear to be burned out. Many other touchups and cleanups needed inside and out. Weeds in yard with prickly seeds were hard on dogs feet and humans when they were brought into the house.

Nice cozy house for our family to relax for the week. Nestled in the trees for a bit of privacy, yet a short walk to the beach. Loved the gated back deck for our dogs to get some fresh air without having to be on a leash.

It has what you are looking for. Easy access to the beach, hot tub, beds, tv, easy drive to explore around. Hot tub was great to have!Don't forget to bring beach chairs to really stay at the beach all day!Only real complaint was that the pans aren't the best and were dirty. They work and get the job done, but had to clean them.

A little bit funky, but cozy and comfortable. Hot tub was wonderful. close to a nearly deserted shoreline and sandy beach. Town and stores and restaurants close by and delicious.

Loved the wooded surrounding & quiet yet only a 10 min stroll to beach. If you have trouble with stairs though, look elsewhere. Great place to walk your dog. The downstairs inside is comfortable but in need of updating.

Myself and a few friends stayed at the Sand Castle Beach House for 3 nights. It was comfortable overall and a short walk to the beach! The hot tub was relaxing and very clean which was nice. We didn’t use the grill but it looked well maintained and easy to use. The house is in good condition overall but could benefit from some slight updating. The oven and stove top set off the alarm every time it was used- we tried to make tea in the morning and woke the whole house up! Aside from waiting for late check in due to cleaning not being done and waiting to hear back about a charging cord that we need sent back to us, everything was good! A very nice little beach house!

The location is great and we had a great time, but the property needs some love.

We went crabbing in Westport and loved walking on the beach. The house was located in great walking distance from the beach.

We enjoyed the wooded setting and privacy of this vrbo. It was a short walk to the beach. Very roomy and comfortable for a family of four. We would definitely stay here if we come back to Westport!

This property was selected based on the number of people it could fit and number of rooms. I was so disappointed by the cleanliness of this place - sticky walls and chairs, dirty floors that hadn't been swept, dirty used toilet paper in the bathroom, kitchen counters and stove were not cleaned and the list went on. We spent a few hours cleaning during our vacation. While we were not charged a cleaning fee, it made the stay the focus rather than an enjoyable weekend at the beach. Vrbo's main office got back to me, but the local office never connected with me. After 3 requests, I gave up. Just so sad.

I had just come off a long road trip and this was the perfect retreat to unwind.

This place exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful home, with plenty of room. Well furnished, continue for 4 miles well stopped with utensils. The hot tub was a very nice amenity, and so is the fire pit. The kids had a blast we would definitely like to use this place again when we travel to Westport

Summarized for detail, Arrived around 6 to find strange woman smoking in driveway thought cleaner? NOT cleaner. House was nasty.. the only thing changed inbetween guests was the bedding there was hair EVERYHERE, floor, counters, drawers, shower. Pubic hair on both toilet seats, in the shower and bathroom floor, SAND at least 1/4 cup in the shower, 1/2 the lightbulbs were burned out, outside garbage over flowing and stinking, THICK dust, wrote my name, missing remote in master. Couldnt watch it, ill equipt kitchen, good luck, most outdoor furniture was broken, I was injured more then once, BBQ so full of old grease ect our food caught fire multiple times, fire pit never shoveled, gate on deck broken, downstairs bathroom faucet and drain, NASTY kitchen cupboards/microwave caked on food. At 6:17 I recieved a text from vasca (a joke of a company) asking about the cleanliness and asked for a rating. I gave one and explained even sent pictures, they apologized and said they were working closely with the local staff to get this resolved, asked if I needed anything I said cleaner and lightbulbs. At 11:15 AT NIGHT, I recieved a text from them & they asked for more photos and info, I had already sent 17 photos and very detailed info. After driving for 6 hours getting there and having to deep clean i was women up by them. After that I never heard another word until check out day, asking for a review. When I inquired about lack of response I was patronized. Awful people. Awful compa

The house was great and had plenty of amenities to cook with. Looks very the hot tub, was nice after being down at the beach to come home and relax. Love the privacy and nature setting of the property and close to the beach access. We will definitely be back

We loved the hot tub and the fire pit, and wish we could have stayed longer! The 10am checkout time felt pretty brutal when we stayed up late and wanted to have a nice breakfast in the morning. Our only other complaint was the very thin and rough toilet paper. If we stay here again we would probably bring a roll of our own!

The home was in a nice quiet location. King bed was comfortable. Couches were comfortable as well. Wanted to use BBQ grill but it was out of propane. Informed Vacasa in hopes that the local team would bring some out, NEVER happened. A third party is used to treat the hot tub and the kid didn’t know what he was doing. It had brown/yellowish foam and ring around the hot tub, gross! Careful when you walk out the laundry room door to get to the hot tub, the nails are coming out of the wood and it hurts really bad when you step on them.
