Stayed Apr 24, 2026Overall it was a great location for our trip. We loved having the private hot tub, the two bedrooms were comfortable. It was nice to make dinner and be able to hang out in the living room while watching a movie. The downstairs bathroom was spacious, while the upstairs is a bit tighter fit. Hopefully if we find ourselves in Sunriver, we can stay again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025Great enclosed courtyard with a hot tub. Cozy and comfy overall. Close to everything. The portable AC unit isn't sufficient when it's over 85 degrees outside. We would definitely book this again in the winter.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The property was in fair shape. The cleaning crew did a below average job. The outdoor furniture was covered in dirt and the outside dining table was covered in grime. (A big deal since there is no indoor dining room table). The deck was dirty and hadn't been swept.Inside the couches had dog hair on it and hadn't been cleaned.The bed was clean and comfortable, all the appliances worked and the bathroom clean.Great location with easy walk to the Village.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Hot tub could have been cleaner. Had to ask someone to come put chemicals in it because it looked and smelled disgusting when we first got there. Also there were multiple dirty socks (not ours) one behind the couch, one under the master bedroom. The air filter by the staircase on the floor was caked in dust and dirt and looks like it hasn't been changed in a long time. When I pulled the sheets back to the master bed, there were about 7-8 hairs (not mine) that covered the sheets and pillow case. I am allergic to some dogs and my allergies were terrible the whole time I was in the house. I don’t think the couches/rugs get cleaned very well. The pros of this house are that it was very close to the village and had good biking trails. Although you have to bring your own bikes because the house doesn’t come with any. I also enjoyed the enclosed deck space and the little games out there.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home was excellent for 2 small families and 2 dogs! The walled in outdoor space is perfect for allowing dogs space to roam. The walking distance to the Village is a huge plus. The hot tub was a great added bonus. Very cute and clean home.
