Dog-friendly home with private, heated pool, lanai, BBQ, & W/D

Our stay at your property was absolutely fantastic. The house was spotless upon arrival, and the photos online don't do the justice. We particularly loved how close it was to IMG Academy, and the host’s communication was proactive and helpful. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall stay was very nice. A couple minor inconveniences that we experienced. 1) The TV remotes wouldn't work all the TVs. Submitted a request on Saturday but with it being the weekend we didn't get a call until Monday. We were able to find a remote to work the main TV room so we made it work. Wasn't the end of the world. 2) On the last night my son stepped on some broken glass that may have been hidden in the carpet. We didn't break anything so guessing it was from a previous tenant or incident. It went pretty deep but we had tweezers on hand and were able to remove it.The house was cute and the pool was very nice as well. We did enjoy our stay. Just FYI - Pool maintenance is on Monday's.

We enjoyed the pool, the kids room and toys and the overall experience was great.

This house has everything our little family needs to have ab excellent Florida experience, and it's super convenient to anything we could need or want to do and see. The owners are really nice people and the neighbors are great too. The Vacasa property management was super helpful as well. Just an overall fantastic trip. Thank you. We'll be back!

Nice place, very clean. Decided a pool with screen cover is better than the beach for our mosquito magnets. There's a fence between the pool and lanai, easy to move out of the way since we didn't need it, but great if you have little kids. Very nice.In a neighborhood that seems to be close to everything. Would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed this home very much. It was quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. The home was clean and had everything you need.

Adorable home! Super clean, comfy beds, very quiet. Lovely swimming pool. It was too cold to swim in, however, we opted not to have it warmed at an extra charge. That was available to us though. Spacious layout. Highly recommend!

From the moment we pulled up, my daughter and I were so pleased with our choice! The home is tastefully painted and very nicely maintained from the outside. And the inside did not disappoint. Clean and comfortable, with everything needed to ensure we felt right at home! I cannot recommend this property more. Any time we head back to the Bradenton/Anna Maria area, we will check to see if this home is available before checking any other options!

It’s a GREAT place to get-away from it all and RELAX! I spent some quality time with my family just enjoying the pool and gathering for talks on the lanai. Thank you for the AWESOME long weekend!

This home is one of the nicest vacation rental experiences my family has ever had. Perfectly appointed for our little group, and even had extra pillows and blankets! Our family likes box fans as comfort-creating sleep aids, so we went and bought new fans which we left in each bedroom closet as a contribution. The flamingo pool float sadly died, but we knew you all valued it by your pictures on the posting for the home rental, so we bought a new one for the house. The pool enclosure is fantastic! Also your maintenance man, Roy, is SUPER helpful. In passing conversation I mentioned an issue with the grill and he stopped what he was doing, insisted on inspecting it himself, then replaced it the very next day. This is the kind of home, property mgmt company, and family vacation experience that will bring me and my family back to this same house. Thank you so much for a great vacation!!
