Dog-Friendly Home with Large Pool & Ping Pong Table! 5 Mins Walk to Beach!

Everything was perfect.

Definitely enjoyed this getaway with the family. I wouldn't recommended it to any families with little ones under the age of 5 as they are crawling or walking around as it's a 3 story home and the stairs is what worried me as any other parent. However it was an over all a great home, very homey and spacious.

We had fun , its really nice to spend time with Family. I would do it again !

The family had a great time at this property. Plenty of room for everyone and a fantastic game room. Overall a great place to stay.

Great set up for the kids to hang out together downstairs and the pool/patio area was another great hang out space for the family

Arrived and property was nice and cool. It was great arriving to a clean property which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay! Will reserve again!!

Duct taped vinyl floor planks across the main (second) floor were hard to overcome. They were in the kitchen and dining room with visible water damage in other areas in the third and second floor. From a kitchen necessity standpoint - it was pretty well stocked. However, baking sheets would be a great add considering the oven had a burnt smell when it turned on likely due to drippings from people cooking without a baking sheet. Ultimately, the pool was great and the AC worked so the house with quick access to the beach so the house served it's purpose but I do not believe that the pictures and the description ultimately matched the condition of the home. Of note, there are bunkbeds in one of the secondary rooms not pictured and the hobbit closet off the main room does not have beds as shown so do not count on those pictures being correct when booking.

The home needs more upgrade and work. The floors were not safe for my 1yr old granddaughter. We had to take a mat to cover up the damage on the floor in the living room. The patio door didn't lock. The ceiling above the stove has mold at top in the kitchen including the living room. There was no hot water running in the kitchen. Had to boil water to sterilize washing dishes. The top bedroom where I reside, I was only able to sleep in the room for 2 nights. I was awakened by large flying ants with long wings on my face in the middle of the night. They inside the room covering the patio door, AC unit, back of the bed, bathroom doorway and on the nightstand next to my phone. That was a very terrifying experience. I contacted service to have someone to come out to take care of the issue. Maintenance came out to care of the problem, but it didn't resolve the issue. That same night I notice the flying ants return and I didn't sleep in the room again. I only slept in the room for 2 days. I have grandkids who love to sleep with their Nana and that was impossible for me, and the grandkids stay in that room. The house needs a lot of work. With small kids this is not good. I love the location of the home. Jasmine was very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful when I arrive. I managed a customer service department for over 40 years. Please take care of the issue in the home. The rating is low because of the conditions inside the home.

We have come to SPI for the past 7 years and have stayed at a variety of homes. There were several positive aspects about this home. The media room and pool were the main reason we selected this home and they were excellent. This house did have several issues this week.The kitchen sink pipe unattached and water poured onto the floor on two separate days, leaving the house fish smelling and water under the laminate. The maintenance team were quick to respond each time but definitely just did quick fixes that didn’t work as it happened twice. Maintenance were at the house 3/4 days of our stay. On our last full day, the sink fell from the cabinet onto the kitchen floor while we were away; water everywhere. The maintenance team spent the afternoon fixing the sink. We couldn’t use our kitchen that day… the agreement between SPI rentals and VaykGear was not settled and we went the first few days without beach chairs etc…. The management team said they would compensate our trouble with the stay but haven’t got this resolved at this point.
