Dog-friendly home with heated outdoor pool & games - 3 blocks from the beach

It’s a beautiful home. Layed out nicely. But we only picked this house because it had a heated pool. We were between a house in the downtown Rehobeth area with no pool and this house which is a 5 minute drive away. We chose this house because of the heated pool but unfortunately the heater broke the day we got there. Then they didn’t come to fix it until a few days later meanwhile the lack of communication from vacasa was very upsettting as they were ignoring my messages, but when my sister contacted them they responded right away. The pool never really heated up still seemed broken. We also couldn’t even look at the pool lit up at night as the pool lights didn’t work. Vacasa made a ticket to fix that then completely ignored it. So it definetly changed our entire vacation and bummed all of us out as it was early September and a bit too chilly toswim in a non-heated pool and we had expectations to be able to do so. Vacasa did refund part of the money we paid to have the pool heated, not happy about the partial refund either.

The house is great with lots of beds in the 4 bedrooms, super clean large bathrooms, and so many kitchen supplies and gadgets,. there is a wonderful outdoor area for eating and also lounging, and so many games for the kids to play. We paid to have the pool heated and it was great since the weather was unusually cool--my three toddler grandchildren had a ball in it. I especially liked the shallow end where they could sit and splash. The Vacasa company was outstanding as we needed to call them for a couple of things and they responded right away and were very helpful and caring. And lastly, we left some things on a shelf and they retrieved them very quickly for us, and kept them in their office for a friend to pick them up. Walking to the beach took about 10 minutes, which was fine with a cute country store along the way to stop and get sandwiches. Wonderful 4 days.

Wonderful stay with grandparents, adult kids, and three toddlers. though the weather was colder than usual the heated pool was great! (Please realize you need to pay for the heat each day of your trip.) The outside seating area was wonderful for eating and hanging out. The owners left a cart with beach toys, and the many games and puzzles for all ages kept everyone entertained. The kitchen had all the accessories for cooking that you need, and the grill was nice and big. The place was very clean and we felt very safe. Walk to beach is 10 minutes.

The back yard and pool was beautiful—and the house was set up for a wonderful stay! Would absolutely stay there again!

This is a great house located between Rehoboth + Dewey Beach. It's actually more walkable to Dewey. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to families! We loved the backyard entertaining space and pool. The kitchen was well equipped and open concept to the living space. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms very spacious. We did reach out regarding heating the pool because it was way too cold for our 10 month old baby but never heard back from anyone. We also had an issue with the hot water heater that was resolved in a timely manner by maintenance. The house could have used a good mopping/dusting before our arrival. Mosquitos are bad so bring citronella candles/bug zapper. Overall, great home in a great location.

Great house enough space for all the ladies! Pool was fantastic! Hanging on the back deck big space. Close to beach. What a wonderful stay! Smoke detector needed a new battery. I text, they came in a timely fashion, fixed it and left. No hiccups !!!! Thank you for excellent customer service.

We had a great stay here! The place was so clean and the appliances were brand new, however we could not get the dishwasher to work. Pool, bedrooms, and outdoor space were gorgeous. We did have to make our own beds upon arrive which was a bit odd, and one of the beds did not come with a blanket. Otherwise great location, close to the beach, very clean, had (almost) everything we needed! Added perk is that you can fit many cars comfortably in the driveway!

Spacious., neat and clean. Has all amenities of home. Relaxed atmosphere. Enough space for large families. Nice size pool and yard.

Really enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for group of 6 adults.Close to the beach and the pool was a refreshing alternative. 30 minute walk to town of Rheobeth. Would definitly stay again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. The rooms, the grounds, the LOCATION! To start, my friends and I were welcomed by John. He showed us around the house and answered any questions we had. Vacasa provided a few toiletries for our stay (which helped a ton!). All of the bedrooms are spacious and modern- but my favorite room was the master. Talk about an amazing bathroom!!! The house also has a beautiful pool and outdoor shower, which came in handy after our day at the beach. Super close to both Rehoboth and Dewey beach…we never wanted to leave. Lastly, Lydia was an amazing host. Super accommodating and answered any questions I had. Choose Anne Ave for your next stay! I am already looking forward to my next booking…
