Dog-Friendly Home with a Hot Tub and Amazing Backyard

The house was perfect for our little family trip. There was 2 adults 2 children and our dog. They had supplies we didn’t even think to bring to use, and Joyce was the sweetest person during all communication needs. Would definitely book again!

Overall Fantastic place to stay, Good location, the house was very clean, Quiet and Comfortable. We had everything we needed including many little extras that were provided, made our 7 day visit very easy and stress free. The driveway easily parked 2 cars. The fenced yard was very nice, private and a fun place to enjoy time with our dog. The Hot tub was perfect to relax in after exploring Seattle. Great gas Grill and covered Gazebo.My family really enjoyed staying at this home. The house was appointed and Decorated very Tastefully The beds were extremely Comfortable, my wife just ordered the same brand pillows and sheets for our bed at home! Would absolutely stay here again, Great communication with the host. 5 star Experience All the way.

The house was exactly as described and gave me a great place to relax after long days at work. The hot tub was a lovely touch and my pups enjoyed both the fenced front and back yard when my husband brought them to visit. I travel a lot for work and would definitely stay here again

Generally pet friendly, although we brought our own clean blankets and towels so small dogs could sit with us. Big fenced in backyard a real plus.

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. It was impeccably clean, stylish, and beautifully appointed with luxury linens and everything you'd need for a truly comfortable stay. The space was clean and comfortable. Our toddler enjoyed the open living space. The kitchen was well stocked and there were many additions that I appreciated such as hooks, a spot to put luggage, plenty of seating. A good size backyard and front yard that were fenced which was great for the dog. I also appreciated that there was not a long list of tasks to do prior to check out.

Clean, comfortable, with everything I needed. Simple check-in. Loved that both the front and back yards were securely fenced for my two dachshunds! QUIET neighborhood that was easy to get in and out of. Very responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay in Seattle at the Courtland address. Neighborhood was friendly and the yard gave us agility to sit outside together. Kitchen was nicely appointed and grocery stores were plentiful. Place was clean and quiet. We played catch in the yard and on the street when my boys wanted to cut loose.

We really enjoyed this small, quiet home. It had lots of character and was a perfect home base for our touring. It was close to major roads and easy to get to attractions. The house and neighborhood were nice and quiet, allowing us to sleep well and recharge between events. The beds were comfortable (no dips!) with great pillows. The property manager was very welcoming and responded promptly to questions and offered great support.

We booked this house to celebrate our son’s graduation from the University of Washington. It was a great home base for the weekend’s festivities. The close proximity to the Shoreline Light Link rail station made it super convenient to get to Husky Stadium. The house is cute and clean. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend to others.

This was a business trip and in lieu of staying in a hotel I wanted something more private that had laundry and place that I could cook my own meals for the week. This home was clean bright and fresh and I highly recommend. I will definitely be staying there again on my next business trip into Seattle.

Perfect house for our family of 4 and yellow Lab. The house was very clean and well decorated with plenty of seating and comfortable beds. We were close enough to the city where we caught a ball game at T-Mobile park. We’ll definitely be back.

Home is clean and has everything you would need for short and long term stays. The house was exactly as described and in a quiet/friendly neighborhood. Many neighbors are out walking dogs morning and night. We loved that both back and front yard is fenced and plenty of parking. Joyce was a wonderful host and very responsive. Location had easy parking and two fenced yards. Everything inside was clearly marked and organized. It was super clean and we felt at home immediately. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect retreat for my husband and I while we were in town for extended medical care at UW Medical northwest. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to the bus system and the light rail station at Shoreline South. It is a very pleasant, 30-minute walk to the UW Medical campus. We shopped regularly at the nearby Safeway and the upscale Town and Country grocery store, and enjoyed a lovely dinner at Saltoro, a nearby Italian restaurant. The home itself was wonderful. Very well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable furniture and beds, excellent wifi and television options, spacious back yard, and our nights were quiet and restful. I'm incredibly grateful we found Joyce's sweet little guest house. Many thanks!

Bath tub dial falls off. Coffee maker heard to use. Replacement was used and grossly dirty.
