This home is perfect for anyone coming to the Keys to spend time on the water. The two-story home sits on the widest canal in Hammer Point that leads to Florida Bay and has its own private dock capable of anchoring a boat up to 40 feet.
Back on land, you and your party have a choice of three patios where you can take in all the beauty the Florida Keys have to offer. You could sit on the dock and watch the manatees sunbathe and perhaps see a dolphin or two. The second story screened in patio provides a beautiful sunset that you can watch while sharing a cocktail. In the evening, you could enjoy the night breeze on the front patio, stargaze on the open deck by the water or simply unwind with the large flatscreen TV.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras on the exterior of this home. One is located downstairs facing the canal and dock, another is at the front door facing down the stairs and out the driveway, and the other is upstairs.
Dock details: The dock can hold a 40-foot boat. However, there is no boat lift available for guest use.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful home on a lovely canal. We enjoyed having our boat right at the front of the house. Easy access to the Gulf and the Atlantic. The daily manatees were a bonus. Very quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.
Nice house our second year. Everything you need to be comfortable.

Tarpon Cove was lovely. It was decorated beautifully and the canal it was on was large and clean. The manatees were fun to watch everyday. Also the tarpon jumping. It was located close to Winn Dixie which helped because of all of the traffic. We had a very relaxing time there. The king bed could have been lower though. Felt like I needed a step stool to get in it.
The canal home is everything a boater would want. There are two bedrooms the second with a trundle bed. The property location is good. The property is in need of some updating. Unfortunately there was one owner who blasted his music during the day which caused us to have to close up the house and turn on the HVAC. The property meets our needs and we have booked again for next year. Hopefully the noisy owner will not be there. I still like this property as it satisfies our needs.
Great view of water on a deep and wide canal. The home is in a good location with proximity to Key Largo and all of Islamorada. Nice residential neighborhood with many full time owners. We found the property to be peaceful and suited our small family needs. Pictures show a true depiction of property. We had an electrical issue which was handled promptly by the local property Manager. I would rate the property a 4.5 if able.
We loved both the interior and exterior of this home. Everyday manatees played in the canal in front of this home. In addition to this, the location provided a multitude of of shopping and dining opportunities .
We enjoyed sitting in the second floor screened porch while watching several manatees swim and play in the canal. We were also able to enjoy boating and fishing since there was docking at this residence. The residence offers a spectacular view of the sunset from the living room, screened porch or ground level dock area.
