Located just 100 yards from the Seaside Prom, this sparkly clean, newly built home is also conveniently close to popular local attractions, including the famous Seaside Aquarium, Broadway coffee shops and restaurants, and the Necanicum River, where you can fish or toss crab pots into the water for those who have a taste for Dungeness (ashellfish license is required). Extra fun can be found 10 miles south in Cannon Beach, at golf courses throughout Gearhart, only two miles away, and just 17 miles north in and around the City of Astoria.

Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the sparkling, well-appointed kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, and then relax in the tranquility of the comfortable living area where you can gather in the glow of the gas fireplace for good conversation or switch on the TV for movie nights. The home includes four TVs, one in every bedroom and the great room.
