Great place to stay with our dog. 5 min walk to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. 5 min walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and ice cream all next to each other. Beach chairs and umbrella in shed. Would stay there again.

Excellent April vacation. Very quiet, safe, and just a few steps to the beach. Highly recommend. Lots of space inside for 2 families. The bedroom wings, both with full baths makes privacy easy.

This beach house was the perfect beach cottage for our family. Close to the beach, and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. The house was clean upon arrival, check-in was a breeze, communication from Vacasa was great. Absolutely no complaints! We’ll be back!

This house has a great location on a beach that was practically empty (even on the 4th of July)! You zig-zag over the dune to the beach, so the walk is a bit longer than you think, but still not bad. The house is nothing to get excited about, but we spent most of our time on the beach. It was clean, and more than adequate for the little time we spent indoors. The shed in the yard has lots of “beach stuff” that our kids enjoyed (boogie boards, sand toys, etc). The street is quiet and friendly.

Very cute, quaint and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Avon. Given the age of the place, the AC struggled to keep up first, but the house eventually cooled off and we had all of the main amenities to be comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay!

No internet which means no TV our entire stay. Also the Palmetto bugs were bad inside.

Great price. Good location

On arrival we found the home to be well maintained and very clean. It is an older home but it was comfortable. Furnishings were comfortable including the master bed, which is not always the case. We chose this property because of the good reviews, dog friendly, and the lower building height. Our old dog can no longer handle the high staircases that are common. Beach access is a short walk nearby. The neighborhood was quiet. The grocery store and several restaurants are nearby. I’d recommend this rental and please pick up after your pets.

I enjoyed my stay, l was able to walk to the ocean, there are shops, restaurants, and museums around the beach house to go and visit. The house is in need of updating, like the furniture, the door to the main bathroom is cracked and hard to close, the door to the outside shower needs work once you open it you can't close and lock the door, the garden hose in front of the house is broken in two, the vents in the bathrooms need to be cleaned so they work better, and the house should be updated to be handicap accessible. Everything was really nice and clean, though we kept having issues with the AC. I would changed it to ON since the house was really hot, but i would find it after 2 hours, being off and the temp i set it to was higher than what i had set (69 ac).

The location makes this property. Quick 5 minute walk to beach, or restaurants. Furniture could definitely be upgraded, but it was serviceable. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner/nicer, but they worked. My biggest complaint is that what appeared to be a rooftop deck wasn’t accessible. I think that should be explicitly stated in the listing.
