Beautiful views overall very nice house. Would definitely stay there again.

– Gorgeous Beachfront Setting, But Major Maintenance and Cleaning IssuesWe recently stayed at this beach house and absolutely loved the location — it’s directly on the beach, and the sunset views are breathtaking. The home is spacious, offers plenty of room for a family, and we appreciated that it’s dog-friendly.However, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The home was not cleaned when we arrived, which was very disappointing. Several sinks were clogged, two toilets weren’t working, the Wi-Fi was down, and the coffee maker didn’t work. There was no blow dryer provided, and the upstairs wet bar sink was also nonfunctional.Our trash was ravaged by a bear one night — something not mentioned in the listing. It would be helpful for guests to receive instructions on securing garbage properly.Additionally, this is a four-story home with no elevator. My husband and I are both fit, but it was still quite a workout managing the stairs with two kids under two. To top it off, the hot water heater went out near the end of our stay, leaving us without hot water for showers.Overall, the location and views are incredible, but the property needs significant improvement in cleaning, maintenance, and communication to truly match its amazing beachfront setting.

Second time we have stayed here. Worked well both times.

By book club decided for an early spring getaway. This house was perfect for a group of individuals all doing their own thing -- the house was immaculate and the managing company had wonderful touches throughout the house not normally seen by this CSB regular.

This was our second visit to this house. Had everything we needed for our large group. House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The worse part are the stairs. They are the only reason we won’t be renting this house again. They were a little too much for some of us.

We had issues with the water heater and a leak in the shower and it was remedied immediately. House is exactly as described, pictures don’t do it any justice. Boardwalk is brand new, very nice and easy walk to beach. Miles of beach to walk on and bike trails to explore. Kitchen well equipped especially for a large group. Very comfortable beds in ALL rooms!

The home is beautiful and clean. We had 15 women in our group. Very small living room for the size of the home not enough seating. LOTS of stairs do not recommend for older people. The hot water heater did not work finally on the 2nd trip out and our last night it was fixed and we got a hot shower (the repair man was nice). The smoke alarms beeped and we had to call maintenance at 10:45pm to fix them. We had a beach bon fire by Light Up your Night...it was amazing Addason did a wonderful job! Highly recommend it! Cape San Blas is beautiful!

Nice beach area, nice home with the exception of the amount of seating for that size home and quality of den furniture. We had no pantry space for food, it was full with homeowners pantry items. Out of 6 bedrooms you could only watch 2 different channels on the tv’s.

House is finely appointed though sparse, which we preferred (less art, Knick-knacks etc), and clean for the most part; breakfast table had to be wiped down due to food (jelly)left from prior tenant. Easy to find and excellent directions from rental company; gifted accessories and toiletries were a welcome surprise. Appliances all worked very well except for dryer; every load took multiple cycles and I think the vent is clogged. Walk to beach was a breeze and jacuzzis was a great way to end the day after the beach. Boardwalk needs a little TLC due to bad wood and popped screws but as long as one walked carefully, not really an issue. Two things that owner should consider addressing; 1) a screened in porch should be added and new deck furniture (one couch was broken). The yellow flies were a nuisance and made enjoying the deck in the morning or evening impossible. 2) the mattresses and pillows are terrible. I think the king on the top floor was ok but the bunks and main floor double are shot and incredibly uncomfortable. Location is nice but I think the western side of San Blas gets better waves; pretty anemic when we were there even though it was a full moon.
