Reviewer Comments: My only complaint is lack of parking, Lazy Dog is where I stayed it only has 2 parking spots with none available in the back of the property, I had 14 people with 5 cars, parking was a struggle.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, our family enjoyed our holiday stay and we appreciated the Christmas tree and holiday decorations. The house is large, and the downstairs space for kids was nice. General maintenance could be improved--slow draining tubs, problem with dishwasher, broken shelf in refrigerator, running toilet, chipped coffee pot and glassware, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Lazy Dog Dunes in Long Beach, IN, and had a wonderful weekend! The Beachwalk neighborhood is a fantastic place to unwind, with tons of things to do and beautiful grounds to explore. The golf cart was a nice touch, making it easy to zip over to the beach—such a perfect location!The outdoor spaces were lovely, and we really enjoyed relaxing there. While we had a few minor issues (like a nonworking grill and some dust/hair on the floor), the staff, especially PJ, was very responsive and took care of things quickly. We also found a few dirty dishes, but it didn’t take away from our stay. Overall, Lazy Dog Dunes was a great choice for a beach weekend, and we appreciated the helpful management team!

The house was extremely comfortable and our view could not be beat. Only recommendation I have would be about our golf cart it was a bit sluggish so it might need a new battery.

I should have thought about the dog dander being present, as I am allergic and had a flare up. Needs some things repaired, like kitchen table bench legs were all loose-my mom got caught up in one and tore her ACL the second night. She then had to be immobile for the rest of the week. Would have been nice to have the community area have a wheelchair and a beach wheelchair foe people to use so we could have wheeled her up the ramp to the second floor of the beach hut. Also the pool does not have a handicap seat for entrance to swim. She would have been able to enjoy that.Would probably choose a different house next time that does not allow animals. We did like location along the woods to see wildlife and have a quiet night time.The golf cart did not work but we got a replacement on the 4th day finally. We still had a nice time especially the kids and will continue to come back but would love to see some accessibility improvements.Would recommend this house if not allergic to animals etc..
