The Lime House is a great place to visit Brevard, location is super close to the quaint downtown and to both Pisgah and Dupont Forests. Plenty of room!
As described, there is plenty of space for 10 guests. Our crew included 3 couples, 2 additional young adult children, and one dog. As we were staying for the Thanksgiving holiday, the extra kitchen was an incredible benefit! The house was very clean, had plenty of extra towels & linens, fully stocked kitchen items, super close to downtown. The bathroom on the lower level is very tiny, but we made it work for one of the couples, and the other downstairs guest shared one of the upstairs bathrooms. The only improvement I would suggest is that the owners get a Solo stove for either the front porch or the back patio! We would love to stay again in the future.
The house was just as the pictures show it but better. There were 7 of us. My husband, our son and his wife and 2 children plus our daughter. We had plenty of space. Very clean and well stocked. Will definitely book again. We visit Brevard a few times a year. Thank you for an awesome stay!!
Minutes walk to downtown and breweries. Huge living space and downstairs getaway. Fenced, private yard.
We loved the well appointed kitchen and baths, and the comfortable beds. We especially love Brevard, and feel the interior of the home reflects the uniqueness of this creative mountain community. Brevard is located near the Pisgah National Forest, and just a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway, so it has many hiking, fly-fishing and recreational opportunities.
This property was great for our family to meet for a wonderful weekend. Just a few blocks from downtown where there are lots of nice shops and antiques. We met here then drove a short way to visit A Pretty Place where my son proposed to his girlfriend. We also drove to Hendersonville for the NC Apple Festival. Great location. Will definitely keep this place on our list of favorites!
Loved the community. Hiking, waterfalls and Brevard Music festival. Couldn’t have been better
Great location to downtown! Lively house with many outdoor spaces to enjoy. Bedrooms and bathrooms make it great for families traveling together. We loved it!
We stayed for a family wedding in Brevard. Great location. Excellent set up for multiple couples. Plenty of space and walking distance to downtown.
We loved the open floor plan. There was plenty of room and storage for our things. The host provided basic cleaning supplies for laundry and dishes. The outdoor areas were cozy . My biggest complaint was the uncleanliness. I pulled back the sheets to discover someone’s hair and blood all over them . It was absolutely disgusting. I washed them and it was not stains . They had never been washed from the previous guest. The bathrooms had not been cleaned either. Hair in the drains, all over the floors, even the empty toiletries bottles from previous guest were still there. I sent pics and complained but all I got was that’s too bad. I expected a refund on the cleaning fee since I had to clean it myself . Not to mention the gross factor .
Loved the roominess!
This house was super cute. Perfect layout for my family. The wife and I were downstairs while our teenaged daughters were upstairs. Cons- floors could've been swept better & the TV's didn't work with the WiFi service. We stumped our toes a few times with the uneven thresholds & floor. The two outdoor trashcans were full of trash & had not been dumped. Pros- the beds were super comfortable, beautiful natural lighting, big enough that we were not on top of eachother, outdoor seating areas were nice as well. 10 out of 10 would stay here again! We also saw a white squirrel in the backyard!
Our family really enjoyed the house and the location is fantastic.
