After full days on the sand or exploring town, downtime at homebase will be a blast with the game room in the garage complete with a ping-pong table, foosball table, flatscreen TV, and home gym! When everyone builds up an appetite, the chef of the group will be in paradise with the gourmet kitchen complete with a gas range, high-end espresso machine, stainless steel appliances, island bar seating, and all of the tools needed to whip up tasty meals. And, everyone will love sitting at the spacious dining table or kicking back in the living area on the plush sofa for casual movie nights with the whole gang.



This home is comprised of three spacious floors, so no one will have trouble finding their own piece of paradise. The lowest floor is home to two bedrooms with king beds, a full bathroom, the laundry room, and a desk for remote work. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining with the kitchen, main living room, a bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. The top floor will be a hit for the kiddos, as one bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, a flatscreen TV with a gaming console, and a sofa. The last bedroom has a king bed, wonderful sunroom, mounted flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub.



What's nearby:

The beach is mere steps away, so be sure to make a fresh cup of coffee and bring the dogs down to the beach to start the morning on the right note. When you want to venture out a bit further, a plethora of restaurants, a local theater, and shops are also nearby. Neslcott Beach and the Neslcott shopping district are also great attractions that will be perfect for the whole family. Plus, the heart of town is less than two miles north.
