Great place…easy to find and near all sorts of things to do. The only issue was the key pad code we were give didn’t work
We had a great time.
We enjoyed the home even though it was only two nights. Some things need fixing. The bathroom door gets stuck so you have to forcefully open. One bedroom doesn’t have ac but have extra fans. They family room didn’t have ac and fan not working. Not sure if I would rent during July month without an. The house is spacious and is walking distance to the small beach. Overall it’s a good stay but in need of a few upgrades. The iron didn’t work and the blower is cheap.
Great location, walk to beach. Beautiful decoration! Check in was smooth. Things are as described and has nice towels plus not-so-clean dishes. I can see the cleaning team worked hard. I read the reviews about cleaning concerned and believed the house been deep cleaned. But the bath tub (covered by shower curtain in the pics) has anti slip stickers and black moldy stuff growing on the caulk. It smells like the basement. Maybe it’s common for ocean front houses. Anyway, we had a good time in the cape. Thanks for hosting us.
Older home, comfortable, but could use upgrades. Towels were awesome. No front porch light. Very dark and hard to enter. It was reported, along with back door and bathroom outlet, none were resolved. Blown fuse was resolved.
Loved the location and access to all spots we visit. House was clean and neat and kept up. Stayed for 4 days and enjoyed our visit.
Beautiful house! Lots of space, big yard and very close to local businesses!
Rented for a short get away. Kind of a weird set up where you had to turn the light on for outlets to work. Spacious and a good sized backyard. Close to the beach which is what we needed. Could have used more info about the area at the home as I was not familiar with the Yarmouth area.
Pros: Great location, walking distance to small beach, the house was clean, generous amount of linens provided. Cons: Kitchen was lacking (very few tools, cheap cutlery that was hard to use, no cutting (paring) knives, house was dated, decor, living room furniture, etc. Bathtub/shower was very undesirable…shower curtain on both sides of tub made for a very narrow tub with both curtains sticking to your body at all times ? 2 of the 3 of us staying felt the beds were not the comfiest things we had ever slept on! All that aside, we made it work and had a good stay for our mini getaway!
Great space for our family of 5. We liked the sunroom for the kids to hangout and the backyard was a good bonus. Great location.
Stayed here with my 2 & 4 year old for Mem day weekend. We had such a great time! The house fit our needs perfectly and we loved walking to the local beach and swing set after dinner to wind down. The location was great- and easy for day trips up to Wellfleet and a quick 5min ride to seagul beach and not too much further to mayflower. Will happily stay again!
