Dog-friendly Breezewood home with firepit, washer/dryer, fireplace, WiFi, & AC

The house was clean communication was good, and the house was appropriately appointed.I only criticism was that we were there on a very cold weekend and the heat took a little while to get up to temperature.But I would certainly stay there again thank you

Great home for our extended family vacation!

The only issue was the door lock getting in. It was not easy to do. We almost had to call for help. Took us about 15 min to figure out.

So much fun! The house was perfect for a relaxing beach stay. Both dogs loved the yard, and the humans did too. Just don’t forget to bring the bug spray

Our family took a 5 day vacation to one of our favorite beaches, Rehoboth. We had a blast and used the beautiful kitchen to cook a birthday dinner for 2 family numbers as well as a big breakfast one of the mornings. Everything was clean and comfortable. The decor in the home is stunning and elegant. We absolutely loved the nautical touches throughout. Thank you!!!

We loved the home itself. It's a great location and perfect size for our family, including our dog. However, we had issues with Vacasa itself. We received an email without a usable entry code. We called for help when we arrived at the home and were given a code that didn't work for the front door or the lock box. We were told we would receive a call back shortly. We never did so we called again. A different person tried to give us the same incorrect code. Thankfully, someone showed up to pick up the dirty linens from the previous rental, and he was able to help us get into the house. He had the lock box code and was able to create a new working code for the front door as well. I wish we had gotten his name because he was the only one concerned that we couldn't get in. Standing outside in the heat with our entire family, including a toddler, was not fun after driving over 6 hours to get there. No one ever called back to make sure we got into the home either. We're very grateful to the one person who was willing to help us.

The location is perfect! You are near everything......shops, restaurants, activities and only 15 from the beach. The house is gorgeous! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious for 10. We will be staying there again.

10/10 for this home because it was very clean - decorated nicely, but most importantly - not filled with a lot of someone else’s things. It was perfect for what we needed during a long weekend of baseball games - we would absolutely rent again - it was spacious and very well maintained.

The location was perfect for visiting family, the beach and shopping.
