Reviewer Comments: The home was pristine, the location was so peaceful, the owner is friendly and very helpful, the cows and donkey were fun to watch, and the deer were beautiful to watch.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time and the property was a great location. Had to overcome the weird smell to the water, was a little not happy there was no heat/AC in the place the first not, but it was corrected in a timely manner. Will surely come again in the near future and recommend aswell to family/friends. Thank you for everything!!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Winnie’s place, the house and location are fantastic, unfortunately the ac didn’t work properly and it stayed between 75-80 in the house our entire stay. Also, the water smells awful, like sulfur. We asked about the water and ac and were told to run all faucets for 5 minutes and to turn the ac for 15 minutes, neither of which worked. The tv also didn’t work great, but I think that was a Roku issue.We did really enjoy seeing the deer, cows, and donkeys everyday. In the morning before it got too warm the house was comfortable but later in the day it got too warm in the house. If the ac worked and the water system had a filter, this would be a perfect stay. However, I cannot recommend this place as is currently due to those two major issues.
