Dog-friendly beach house with WiFi, private washer/dryer, deck, beautiful views

We stayed here with our aging Labrador retriever. We were attending our daughter’s wedding. The property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the water views and the access to the tiny private beach that was a short walk from the property. We stay in the area often and will consider this property for future stays.

Home was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Our shy golden retreiver liked it too. The neighborhood is lovely with ocean views from several rooms. Ocean breezes kept the house very comfortable -- in early June we did not need to use the airconditioning. Once the the very best home rentals we have been fortunate to enjoy.

We loved this house in Bristol... ocean view. The home was very clean, nicely organized and comfortable. Our golden retriever was very happy too. The neighborhood is somewhat rural, private-- we saw a large deer twice on the edge of the property. In early June we rarely needed the AC as the ocean breeze was so refreshing. This is a property we would be happy to rent again in the future.

Very clean, well appointed property

This was our 4th stay and we'd do it again. Wonderful house and it seems to have somehow gotten even better this year. Really comfortable beds and common room, tons of natural light and the surrounding area is beautiful -- stay on the main deck at night and looking at the water and stars is a daily highlight. Wifi is solid, nearby ocean walk is a can't miss and great lobster is close by.

We've stayed at various rentals in this area, and this was the best one we've stayed at. Private but still a good location. Very clean, spacious, with good AC/heating options in every room. The porch is a nice place to sit in the morning, and the main living room is a good hang out spot on rainy days. The beach down the road is small, natural and not really for sunbathing, but great for tidepooling and sea glass hunting.

We loved the 3 full bathrooms, gathering spaces and location! The spaces were all lovely and comfortable and it was beautifully peaceful. We enjoyed our time so much we would love to return!

Amenities and rooms perfect for games, puzzles, tv sports rainy day fun. Area perfect for short walk to beach, sit and enjoy beach, waves. So close to Pemaquid Lighthouse and restaurants. Short hikes in area and shops. Perfect family get togethers. Great for bringing your bike and biking around. Our visit was in early Oct and will definitely look to go back in summer. Summer must be pristine! Any time of year perfect for that season.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, everything we needed for a fun stay! We loved exploring Bristol and Pemaquid Light House but the whole area is wonderful! Eat breakfast at Deb’s!!

very well equipped home with water views, lovely deck. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with enough living space for 6 guests. quiet neighborhood; just 2 blocks to a rocky beach with a sandy beach nearby. gorgeous Pemaquid Point and Lighthouse is just 5 minutes away; twenty minutes from Damerascotta and shopping.
