Dog friendly beach house with private hot tub free WiFi game room and ocean views

great location! 5 min walk to the beach. hoise is great for family and/or close friend group.

Property pictures do not accurately represent the property. The cleaning was marginal at best. It has a lot of potential however it needs serious upkeep.

Fantastic get away. This house was absolutely perfect for us. Ready & clean upon arrival . We had the most amazing time! Our grandsons throughly enjoyed the game room & fire pit. We had wonderful BBQs, Great well stocked kitchen . We enjoyed most of our meals there . Was a very short walk to the beach. Beautiful by the way. All had fun! Two legged & four. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with the actual stay, but not impressed with Vacasa (the property management company). They contacted us almost a week before to tell us that the hot tub was out of commission. After about 4 exchanges with the text assistant (AI?), I asked for a partial refund because the hot tub was a major reason we chose the property. A day later with no communication, I then pressed about why it couldn’t be fixed in almost a week’s time. They finally let us know the day before that the hot tub was fixed, so all’s well that ends well. The house is super cute and the outdoor area with table, fire pit and the garage with games really helped to extend the smallish living area for our group.

This was the perfect spot for our family! Access to the beach was amazing. Having enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our entire family was perfect. The hot tub was the icing on the cake for this house. We will rent this home again.

Wonderful house for our entire family. House was clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach. Bikes, body boards, blankets , and towels made beach time easy and fun! Hot tub was an added delight after a long day of hiking and playing!

Things that needed repair: Main level bathroom, sink drain stopper bent and unmoveable. Shower door does not latch. Shower spigot vey difficult to turn culd lead to someone getting burned. Why were there no tissues in the bathrooms? There was a broken fan in the game room The grill had an empty propane tank, another was delivered but no one was able to attach it as the valve was frozen and had to ask for a working lighter as the one at the place was empty. FYI the 2 large shells that were in the LR are in the closet. The sheets on the bed in the main floor bedroom were quite worn.

Had a perfect stay for two night at this beach house. Everything you could need was there. It was cozy and clean and well equipped. So close to the beach and had a giant game room which, honestly we never got to but loved having he option. 10/10 will try to stay here again.

We booked this property for our annual family beach trip and it was great! The garage came equipped with multiple games for us to enjoy together. We were minutes away from several beach access points which made a lovely walking loop. The hot tub is equipped with an assistance arm to help lift the cover so my aging mother was able to open and close it on her own any time she wanted a soak. The only downside was the carpet on the stairs inside the main house was quite slick so we had several slip-fall incidents but no injuries. The kids all thought it was funny to see aunty slip and land on her bottom! This is a wonderful property. We have it bookmarked as a favorite so we can book it again in the future. I definitely recommend it to other large groups. Jut be careful on the stairs ;)
