Dog Friendly Beach Escape with a Prime Seaside Location and Room for a Family

Great experience can't wait to book another stay. House came very equipped with towels , kitchen was very well equipped as well. The bathroom could use a heater. Everything you needed is was right across the street , gift shops, eateries, grocery store very convenient. The train is right in town a must. Easy access to the beach.

We stayed in Dolphin 1. It is the main downstairs part of the house. If anyone is in Dolphin 2 above you, you can hear them. Don't expect to sleep well if they stay up late or wake up earlier then you. The place was not very clean. There was still something sticky on the kitchen counter, grease on the stove, and hair on the bathroom counter as well as in the shower. Our blanket that was folded over at the foot of the bed also had a big sticky mystery spot on it. This had been folded into the inside of the blanket. The house needs some maintenance. The couches are torn which I guess one can expect with a pet friendly home. The back of the tv remote was also missing leaving the batteries exposed. Not really kid or pet friendly. The cupboard and drawer handles in the kitchen are loose and falling off as well. One of the cupboards does not stay shut and so it is just constantly open. We locked ourselves out one day. Casago was easy to reach. They gave us the number to the spare lockbox.There was however no spare key in the 2nd lockbox. Seems someone 2 hours away had it. The Casago reps were responsive and had a locksmith come instead. If you really like being in town near everything and need a big place that is pet friendly, stay here.

This property's furnishings are VERY dated. Broken down and pet damaged furniture in the living room, well used table and mismatched chairs in the dining room. Beds were satisfactorily firm in the main bedroom and bunk room. There is room for at least a double size air mattress in the bunk room. The extremely well-used look (dirty-ness) of light switches, baseboards and heavily used portions of walls made me cringe. HOWEVER upon scrutiny, all surfaces appeared to be clean. Especially the sinks, bathtub, toilet, and bedding. Living room furniture was very broken down but beds were firm. There were many dishes (plates, bowls, glasses, stemware, flatwear, pots and pans) provided as well as bath linens (more than a dozen bath towels plus a few beach towels). There is absolutely no view from this property but is is a very conventient short walk (about a block) from the coast and a delightful downtown area. If you need a budget friendly option for a family of 4 with a pet, this is a good choice. Just be prepared for the necessities and no frills.

The rental and all amenities were very run down and dilapidated. All rooms were visibly unclean with dirt, dust and debris on walls, floors and furniture. The mattress in the main bedroom is broken and collapsed on one side. We found the previous tenant's trash on the kitchen counters and urine on the toilet seat.

For the price the house exceeded my expectations! I enjoyed the stay. Cozy and charming house. Great location.

The house was double booked and wasn't available when I arrived. I had to drive back home.

Excellent location, only two blocks from the ocean, as well as restaurants and shops. The house was pretty straightforward, had plenty of space to spread out, and the bed was comfortable. We especially enjoyed our breakfast at Grumpy's (the staff were very nice).
