Stayed Apr 29, 2026Nice place, great location, affordable, could use some attention to details. It's an old 1930s courtyard of small cottages. It's 1 block from Hemlock, the main street and two blocks to ocean access. Always quiet and always affordable. Things like hot water works well, wifi, etc. However the cottages could use a bit more thought - the futon sofa is big, cumbersome, cheap and not comfortable, plus they offered no bedding or blankets for it. A more low-profile sofa bed would be better and some sheets, extra blankets. The floor is cheap vinyl peeling off. Maybe invest in some commercial linoleum. The table and chairs are too bulky and you can't even open the door the full way because they are in the way. Invest in a small round pedestal table instead. Otherwise it's fine. just a tiny cottage for 1-2 people...

Stayed Jun 15, 2026The location was great. We were able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The cottage was clean. It was just as described and just what we needed.

Stayed May 2, 2026The place was a great location but definitely needs an update. The furniture was all ripped up and had worn out covers on it. The floor was uneven and in need of replacement.The wall paper in the bedroom was ripped as well and needs to be replaced. No ac which on one of the days we stayed was too warm for us during the day.

Stayed Apr 8, 2026We had a great stay in Cannon beach with our dog! This property is a great value and cozy. There are some interesting animal sounds coming from the frog pond but we never saw any animals!
