Stayed May 19, 2026We had an absolutely fantastic time at this New Smyrna Beach “Gilligan Island” property! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk/drive to the beach and local spots like Flagler Avenue. The home was impeccably clean, well-stocked with the essentials, and check in was easy. Dave was our host, he was incredibly responsive from beginning to end and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this property! Since we have family in the area, and this location is dog friendly, we will definitely be back!!!

Stayed Apr 30, 2026This property was phenomenal and in the perfect location. Everything was within walking distance. The property is well maintained and beautifully decorated! I would definitely recommend this property to everyone!!!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025We stayed here for a week. It was myself, my partner, and our 8 year old. It was perfect! Great location just steps to the beach. A wonderful private backyard with pool. The decor in the home was tasteful and on brand for the location. We will definitely be back!
